Aquatika is beautiful. We stayed in condo 2503 penthouse it was everything it was promised to be. A beautiful clean secure gated community. My only suggestion is if you are visiting you will need a rental car to get around the island. Uber can become expensive pretty fast. We ended up renting one out 2nd day out.. In case I forgot to mention Aquatika has an amazing private beach ! We had an amazing vacation a d a thank you to Cathy for renting us a beautiful home to enjoy while we were there.

After a slow start to our vacation, everything turned out great. Cathy and Ricardo took care of our needs promptly, and without hesitation. My daughters and I had a relaxing stay at Aquatika, and would recommend this condo if you want a comfortable, family vacation.

I previously stayed at another unit and this was by far an improvement. The location has picture perfect views and right in front of the courtyard and near one of the many pools. Each room was air conditioned and was just as pictured. The house was stocked with everything you need to live comfortably during your stay. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, mini golf clubs, noodles, floaties and even a life jacket for my granddaughter! The only thing it was missing was a basketball so we took one of many trips to the Wal-Mart Supercenter nearby. The owner responded promptly each time I contacted her. Loiza was central to everything we wanted to do and the bonus a week long festival right outside the gate that had music, food and several days of fireworks. I would definitely recommend this location!

The villa was clean and decorated beautifully. The neighbors were warm and friendly, property was very well maintained and secure. The condo was full of maps and brochures of local ideas. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay there. Thank you

We stayed in room 7303 and loved it! Its location close to the beach and overlooking a grassy courtyard and pool was perfect. The apartment itself was spacious, well-furnished, and flooded with natural light from lots of windows. The roof-top patio was large and wonderful for morning and evening lounging, but a little hot in the day. The bedrooms were comfortable. The entire condo complex of grassy spaces, basketball and volleyball courts, and half a dozen lovely pools was a jewel in the otherwise run-down town of Loisa. We would have loved to have had the waterslide and other pool water-features on more that just one day of our week there.

When searching Aquatika for our vacation.....it was suggested to rent a unit through Cathy Seda as she and her husband Yamil own a unit here, live in PR and are property managers to many properties in the resort. I can only say GREAT things about our stay here! Besides the wonderful amenities, they were very hands on, addressed our inquires promptly and actually came to our unit to welcome us! Cannot say enough about this personal interaction. The unit was clean, very accommodating and more than enough for the six of us!

Amazing location. We were 6 adults from Europe. Advantages: Perfect apartments for big family with kids. Large and bright rooms, clean surrounding. Ocean and beach only few steps away. Secure. Laundry, kitchen, AC - everything you need for comfortable vacation. On roof huge area for sunbathing and grilling your favourite meals. Big pools outside for adults and for kids. Not so far from other beautiful beaches with crystal clear water and reefs for snorkelling. Very friendly and helpful owners. Disadvantages: every morning gardeners blowing leaves with annoying blowers (very loud); We missed dishwasher - for group of 6 people it was challenging to clean up everything manually several times per day. Conclusion: Perfect for family vacation. Quiet place, away from San Juan. Not very comfortable for 3 adults couples, because there is only one bedroom with one king sized bed. Other rooms and beds more/less for single person.

We as a family love the time that we had in the villas at Aquatika. The place was beautiful, very clean and manicured. The owner was available to us at anytime. We would definitely do Aquatika again.

Catherine, was very attentive during our period of stay even with the water shortage that was going on in the island. She constantly checked on the whole family. The pools are awesome especially for the kids there is plenty to do near the area. We took educational tours to include the Bioluminacent Bay . Very Lay back will go there in a heart beat.

This villa exceeded our expectations. We were pleased with the accomodations and the security that was afforded with it. It was me, my husband, my mom, my 3 kids (teens and young adult) and there was plenty room for all to enjoy and be comfy. The place was clean, quiet and my kids enjoyed the wifi and TV when we were in the Villa. We didn't get to go in the pool because we were out and about alot, but we took some pics by it just to show off later. Cathy was very accomodating and efficient especially given that it was Christmas. There is a Walgreens and Fast Food approx 5 min away from the property, The Outlets and a strip Mall approx 15-20 minutes away and Old San Juan is approx 30 min away. We enjoyed the Puerto Rican culture of Christmas when we went to Old San Juan, we did some ice-skating (approx 2.5 hrs away) on Christmas day and spent the day in Aguadilla on Christmas day, and felt safe to reach back to the Villa around midnight. The rooftop was lovely and breezey and we loved the time we had up there. I would recommend this place to anyone (in fact I already have) and suggest you make time to at least wade in the pool.
