A spacious garden with a patio, sun loungers, BBQ, and lawn area will ensure the perfect spot to enjoy some al fresco dining. Inside is an open plan living/dining and kitchen area, a warming electric log burning stove to enhance those winter evenings and a downstairs double bedroom with a 6' zip and link bed for any members of your family that struggle with stairs. There are 2 further bedrooms on the first floor, including a master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and freestanding slipper bath, and on the second floor is a children's bedroom with VERY restricted headroom and single beds. This is a superb base for your holiday with all facilities you can imagine. Accommodation Ground floor: A small porch leads into the open plan kitchen with fully fitted units and appliances. Small utility room and further WC with washbasin. Living/dining area with comfortable seating, table and chairs and doors to patio, electric log burner. Double bedroom with 6' zip and link bed which can be made up as a twin bedroom with 3' beds, TV and storage, en suite shower room with rainfall shower, WC and hand basin. Stairs leading to: First Floor: Landing with doors to; Master bedroom, double aspect, with 5' double bed, vaulted ceiling, a free-standing slipper bath, TV and storage. Twin bedroom with 3' zip and link beds which can be made up as a 6' double, TV and storage. Family shower room with walk-in shower, WC and hand basin. Stairs leading to: Second Floor: Children's twin bedroom with VERY restricted height, TV and storage. Exterior: Parking for 3-4 cars to the front of the property. There is a substantial patio and lawned area to the rear of the property with sun loungers, a table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ. There are pet washing facilities. Facilities & Services The property has gas central heating with radiators throughout. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of units. There is an electric oven and induction hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle and American style fridge/freezer with integral ice maker. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. The lounge area has a flat-screen digital Freeview Smart TV with catch up apps. There are further TVs in each of the bedrooms. There is an iron & ironing board. There is unlimited WiFi available at the property. There is a travel cot and high chair available on request. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels, are all included, but you will need to bring your own beach towels. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome at Cinders Loft for the small additional price of £35 per dog per week. Dogs must not be left unattended in the property. No smoking is permitted inside the property. There is off-road parking for 3 - 4 cars. General Booking Information Arrival / Departure is normally a Saturday. Short breaks are available during the quieter months of the year. £400 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.Mer
