It also posses a BBQ The private garden is situated at the entrance of the flat, which thanks to the big tree located in the middle gives a shadow area where it is possible to enjoy a nice breeze in a hot day. The flat is a studio flat. The kitchen is big and fully furnished -induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dish washer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, food processor, dishes, cutlery and tablecloths. The flat possess two newly furnished bathrooms and a small walk-in closet. The bed is extremely comfortable thanks to the memory mattress provided. The flat also includes a hoover, a locker and a washing machine. Santa Teresa Gallura is 5 minutes away by car and the beach town offers different attractions and activities ( i.e. sailing, golf, diving, horseback riding, hiking). There are numerous bars, cafes and pretty shops. The area is not only ideal for beach and sun lovers but also for people who enjoy hiking and walking thanks to the numerous wild paths in the area. This accommodation is suitable for two people or a couple and a baby (a bed for the baby is provided).
