Location was easy to find. A lady (forgot her name) was very helpfull accomodating us. She also let us know about places near by to visit and give us directions. the apartmen have everything we need(ie. TV in every room. microwave, coffe maker, AC, refigerator, stove, cooking pans, utensils, grill, etc). We definately will visit againg. The only down side wast the stair not easy to navigate but we manage. Ismael was also very helpfull.

Only issues me & my wife had was finding the place but it was because the house is "below" the road level and parking is not big and a bit dangerous coming out of it since its on a curvy hill but we managed. We did make a mistake and went by a day earlier thinking it was the day that we booked it but Angel was very very very accommodating and so cool!!! As for the house, it's very adorable and cozy. It had mostly all the amenities you need. They had beach chairs and dominoes table with the dominoes. TVs that work and a shower outside so you can clean the sand before entering. The beach was very nice but at the time the waves was strong since it was full moon phase. Overall we enjoyed the beach and walking down the strip. At the end of the strip there is a little playground for kids that have a huge treehouse. There is also a food stand called The Sunset and their food and pinas coladas are so good! As for a great restaurant go to Pena Blanca Restaurant. AMAZING!!!! Customer service and food is 100% on point! I will definitely book this place again with no hesitation! Also the people that managed the place are super sweet and friendly!

A group of us ladies stayed for a week. It was welcoming. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. It was steps from the beach and wonderful sunset views!

This beach house is “off the grid”. Perfect for relaxing without the tourist-y issues. The owner is so accommodating and responsive. It has a wonderful balcony and beach access. It’s only 10 mins from the airport. It is away from everything but also centrally located!

Fue buena la estadia. Un sitio tranquilo y acogedor. La vista del mar hermosa. El apartamento es bastante comodo. Pero hubo varios cositas que no me gustaron. No hay agua caliente en un baño, no hay mucho parking. Hay que bajar muchas escaleras para llegar a la playa. De lo demas, encantada con todas las cositas adentro del apartamento.

Our family had a great stay. We loved staying right on the clean beautiful beach. We found everything we needed to make or stay comfortable and relaxing. The apartment was clean and larger than what I expected. We'll com back again.

We were disappointed as the pictures online is not what we got. The main bedroom with bathroom does not have a window that faces the ocean. The window opens to a closet. The shower did not drain properly so we used the other bathroom. The apartment was dusty. I did not expected luxuries but I did expect to see what I saw online. The place needs improvement. Also this place is not good for people with disabilities as there are stairs to walk down to get to the apartment (no handrails) and the unit also steps. We also had to walk down stairs to get to the beach which did not look or feel very safe.

If you are looking for heaven . . You find it here! Its peaceful. Beautiful. Fun. Quiet. In a perfection location. Angel and the entire family is warm, kind, helpful and it is a true turn key set up. You begin to feel as though you are on your own private island. Its very clean. Very roomy. It was paradise! I cant wait to go back. It will feel as though i have returned home. 😎

If you like to be off the grid, this is a great place. Big enough for a family, 2 bedrooms with room for 5, also 2 futons in the front room. The best part is the deck, beautiful view of Ocean sunsets. There is a nice grill on the deck too. A short walk to the beach and Rompeola's, be sure to try the lobster, only 19.95!!! Also close to Crashboat beach if you rent a car. The downside is that it could have been a little cleaner, there were lots of cockroaches, a trip to Walmart to buy roach spray helped, after the first day, most of the roaches we saw were dead or dying. Don't let this stop you, just be prepared! Don't be afraid to try the food trucks, especially the vendors at Crashboat Beach, also the art fair in Rincon-great stuff by local artists on Sunday and Thursday. Also take the ferry for a tour of the Baccadi distillery!

My wife and I spent our anniversary at this fantastic location in Oct, 2016 located right on the beach. Talk about bang for your buck ! The accomadations were excellent you have everything you need to make you comfortable. I couldn't say enough about the family who owns this property They were wonderful They allowed us complete privacy but were just a phone call away if we had any questions or needed anything at all . The location was great as well walking distance to town for great food enttertainment and things to do . or just hang out on the secluded beach right out your front door . the interior was clean and neat and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. if you desire marble bathrooms, granite countertops then stay at the Hilton for 10 times the price without the view ! But this place is an absolute bargain for all you get . Angel and his Family went out of their way to make our stay at their home one of the best we ever had and we travel often.
