This is a perfect family holiday house situated in the La Mata part of Mojacar Playa, on the Descargador beach.
The house is on a small complex with communal pool. It is only 5 minutes from the beach on foot. Within a short walking distance is also a small supermarket/ beach shop, bakery, butchers, pizzeria, cafe, bus stop etc. as well as a children’s mini fairground in the summer months.
The ground floor comprises a large living area and a fully fitted kitchen. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a twin room. The master bedroom has a balcony with seaviews. The house has two full bathrooms. Outside the living room is a terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
