Stayed for two weeks, June - July 2019. Although the location is good for beach access, there were many near sleepless nights due to noise form the bars in the square below. There were also very noisy neighbours in the building (not sure if they were owners or renters). The building is like a semi-hotel, with many apartments rented out on a short term basis. As a beach front apartment, I would have expected to have beach towels and chairs provided, but there were none, and so we had to rent the chairs on a daily basis for ten euros (for 2). We also had to take our bath towels. There were only 2 provided and so we had to use the same towels for bathing and the beach. The shower was made for a tremendously small person. If you drop your soap, you must open the shower door in order to have enough space to bend over and pick it up. There is no soap dish or even shelf in the shower to put your shampoo or soap on, so picking things up from the floor is more than awkward. There is also no towel rack in the bathroom. However, the worst thing was the fact that the drain was almost completely clogged; so that you could only shower for a couple of minutes, and then must stop to allow the water to drain (or overflow into the bathroom), and then continue to shower for another minute or so, and then stop again. Really annoying and inconvenient. The bathroom lighting is dismal and dim, and three days before our stay was over, the small neon lightbulb burnt out. Tried to find one in a nearby store, but was unable too. There are no spares in the apartment, so spent 3 days without any bathroom light. Contacted the owner, but it was a weekend so was told we would have to wait until Monday; the day we were leaving. There is a lack of basic essentials in the apartment, and other than a a bag of salt and a small bottle of vinegar, there were no other supplies at all. There was not even a corkscrew. The view from the balcony is as shown, and was very pretty. We enjoyed having breakfast there, but in the evenings, it was pretty much off limit. Neighbours smoked marijuana all the time and the smell was overpowering. If you enjoy that smell, then that would not be an issue for you; but we found it quite unpleasant. We've stayed in many rental apartments in many areas of the world, and have found that generally owners will give some information regarding the local area. There was none here; so you need to do some research on your own. Wifi is not included and must be paid for seperately.

Zeer goede locatie, vlakbij de haven waar alle restaurants en winkels liggen. Aan te raden de kabelbaan. Zeer vriendelijk aan de balie/receptie. Appartement wat gedateerd, Schoon en goede bedden.

Pleasant accommodation for the smaller family just a few minutes' walk to most things. Everything around the corner such as baths, restaurants, communications, pastry shops, pharmacies etc. Smaller apartment however pleasantly furnished with everything imaginable may be needed during the holiday period. Nice balcony with sweeping views out over the Mediterranean Sea in lovely morning afternoon sun. Also good communication with the owner of the accommodation and cooperative ability to rectify some minor incidents that occurred during the stay. In addition, a manned desk also available if something should happen or just for the sake of most things. There is a lift. Can really recommend this accommodation.

We found the apartment provided everything we needed for an extended stay on the Costa del Sol. We really liked that it was right on the Malecon and there were stores and restaurants nearby. We will recommend this apartment to others.

Nous avons loué cet appartement les 2 premières semaines d'août 2017. La location est idéalement placée à seulement quelques mètres le la plage sans même traverser de route. L'appartement en lui même, il est fonctionnel est relativement bien équipé ( même s'il manque un petit four de cuisson ! ), la climatisation dans le salon + un ventilateur dans la chambre sont suffisants pour maintenir l'appartement frais et agréable. Nous sommes prêts à y retourner dans les années à venir et surtout le conseiller à nos prôches et amis qui veulent se rendre à Benalmedina. Le seul petit point négatif est la lenteur de réaction du proprietaire en cas de pépins à cause de l'éloignement de la résidence du propriétaire malgré sa grande volonté et son sérieux.

Betyget är för ett perfekt läge. Kändes hemtrevligt, som man bodde i ett hus med lokalbefolkningen. Bra utrustat med tvättmaskin mm. Bra AC. Härlig balkong med bra utsikt. Bästa stranden. Att det var behov av viss upprustning uppvägdes av helheten. Bokar gärna detta igen. Bra ägare.
