The casa is on a residential street of mostly single houses with a few 4 to 6 unit apartments. It's 1 block from a busy main St (Lincoln). It is walkable to beach and shopping at the Promenade. Additionally there are lots of places nearby and walkable for snacks, coffee, light shopping or grabbing food. There is a freeway about a block away, but luckily no noise from this as it's lower than street level. There is a high school (SAMO) a few blocks away and during school season many students will be walking by in the morning and again in the afternoon. This sometimes add to car traffic & some noise as parents pickup or drop off their teens when school starts and ends.

This unit is located near Lincoln & Pico. It's about 9 miles from LAX. The Metro Expo line station located at 5th & Colorado is just .5 miles away. It's a 12 minute walk. There are also buses nearby: Los Angeles buses, Santa Monica Big Blue Bus. There are Breeze rental bikes available at Lincoln & Michigan, just 1/2 block away. There are Rideshare services like Uber & Lyft as well.
