The trees haven't grown enough to completely to block out the structure, so if don't mind a bit of an ugly view on one side of the yard in exchange for the ability to be loud, you're in business. The yard is still 100% private. One bedroom has two bunk beds, one bedroom has one bunk bed and one bedroom has a queen. Memory foam mattresses on the bunks are super comfy. On the patio you'll find two huge table that seat eight people each and a brand new bbq. Oh, and don't forget the firepit which is awesome at night. Cable TV and high speed WIFI are included. 50" TV and seating for 10 in the living room. Everything is brand new, as you can see. We also planted 72 new trees around the exterior walls of the entire property for even more privacy as they grow in. Like to golf? There are DOZENS of great courses in the area, and that's the reason we bought this house in the first place (that and, of course, Coachella). Woot, party time! Early check-in and late check-out are never a problem! Just let me know ahead of time so I can arrange things. $30 per night per person for any reservations over four persons (which will be reflected in price). Normally check in is at 4pm and check out is 11am, but if you ask ahead of time I can likely arrange for earlier/later. If you want pool heated, it'll be $100 a night (about what SoCal Gas charges me). Pool won't need to be heated in the summer. Spa is heated for FREE. Also, I pay the taxes, not you - no hidden fees!
