Right next to Burriana Beach and all the bars, restaurants and activities. We had a fantastic half-term break with the kids and grandkids in this great villa on 3 floors. The pool was very deep, so we had to be careful with the children who had "noodles" [floats for 1 Euro in the beach shop] and armbands as everyone was out of their depth. But for the time of year the unheated pool was warm enough for everyone. There was a local supermarket open 10:00-10:00 - we only did 1 big shop during the week we were there. Parking was limited right next to the villa and an exciting reverse up a slope - but there are loads of spaces within a few metres to park - or just get a transfer from the airport - you don't really need a car in Nerja unless you are visiting other areas/beaches.

It took 2 years to finally get there and it didn’t disappoint. The villa has 3 levels , ground floor with sitting room/ dining room with balcony. Plenty of seats on the balcony for al fresco dining. With a separate kitchen ( well stocked, even the knives were sharp) and a WC. Downstairs had 2 twin rooms, one of which had an en-suite. Also with another sitting room area which was great for us with 3 teenagers. Upstairs had a double room, twin room and main bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe space in all. The pool area right beside us was empty most days which was great to have. I will say it is deep with the shallow end starting at about 4 feet. It was a 2 minute walk (at most) to the beach where you can prepay the day before for beds and canopies. Plenty of reasonably priced restaurants also. It’s only a 15 min walk to the centre of Nerja but there is a hill to climb, otherwise a €6/7 taxi will get you there. We found it’s best to pre- book for most restaurants. They were all very busy. Natalie was a great host, solving any small problems we had immediately. We also took her up on the offer of arranging transfers to and from the airport which made it all a bit easier. All in all I would highly recommend it.

We have just got back from a 10 day stay and we were not disappointed! The property has everything you want including a fab balcony with view down to Burriana Beach which is literally a few mins walk away where you can find a lot of fab bars/restaurants/shops etc. It is also only a 20min walk away from the Balcon in the town centre so absolutely no need to hire a car...obviously you would need to have some level of fitness though as there is quite a big bank to climb (we call it cardiac hill!!) but taxis do not cost the earth if you wanted to venture there (we paid around €8 one way). The property itself is clean and spacious and the pool area is right on the doorstep and is lovely! Overall I would definitely recommend this property and I am sure that we will be enquiring to stay here again - thank you so much! :-)

muy bien ubicada, situada muy cerca de la playa de la burriana, y todos sus servicios. el centro de Nerja y sus atracciones están relativamente cerca a 15 min andando. la vivienda esta en muy buenas condiciones, y es perfecta para hasta 8 adultos y un par de niños/bebes. la propietaria es muy accesible y bastante comprensiva. responde a los mails de inmediato. en el lado negativo, el aparcamiento no es privado, hay solo dos plazas para cinco casas. el aire acondicionado es de pago por monedas al estilo de las pistas deportivas, simplemente me parece inadecuado. ojo al pago, si se hace en euros, en la conversión a libras te cobran 50 €, supongo que de comisión, en pay pal.

We've just returned from a week in Alamar II. There were 7 of us all together including 2 older teenagers. The accommodation was perfect for two family's as it's split in 2 levels each with its own bathroom and the terrace was big enough for everyone to have breakfast and of course pre drinks in the sun before going out for the evening. The shared pool was ideal and very clean we were often the only family there. I do think it would benefit from more sun loungers though. The location was excellent literally 2 minutes walk to Burriana beach where there are lots of restaurants and bars and all sorts of fun water sports. The walk into Nerja old town takes about 15 minutes there are loads of places to eat and drink. Nerja is a busy holiday destination but manages to keep its authenticity the coastline looks beautiful and traditionally Spanish. We all loved this holiday including the teenagers and would definitely recommend a stay in Alamar II. Worth Noting the villa has air con but has a fairly inexpensive pay as you use policy which requires a few Euros each day.

Hej! Vi bokade ett boende som skulle vara handikappsanpassat, det gick inte att komma in på toaletten, det var 2 långa trappor ner till sovrummen på nedre och övre våningen, det var stark lukt dom 3 första dagarna så ingen kunde sova på nedervåningen, vi var utan vatten en halv dag så vi kunde inte nyttja toaletterna på grund av VVS arbete Så sammanfattningsvis fick vår handikappade son ligga i vardagsrummet på markplan,ingen tillgång till dusch, och att man fick lägga i mynt för att AC ska fungera som jag hört inte är tillåtet!? Det fanns heller varken brandvarnare eller brandsläckare? Vi är mycket missbelåtna med lägenheten och förväntas kompensation för detta F.Ö var vi mycket nöjda med Nerja

Perfect position for Burriana Beach. Ideal size for a larger group.Furniture and fittings very good. Lovely view from balcony. Would book again.

Alojamiento para familias. Ubicación perfecta en una zona tranquila, frente a una de las mejores playas de la zona, con chiringuitos con buena oferta y paseo maritimo muy animado, a pocos minutos andando del centro de Nerja (Pueblo muy bonito), supermercados, bares, restaurantes y oferta cultural. El adosado de tres plantas muy comodo y bonito, con terraza con vistas a la playa y con piscina compartida con pocos vecinos. Como critica no tiene lavaplatos y una de las habitaciones de la planta baja no deberían ofertarla para ocupar, por la humedad y olor a moho sin desmerecer el resto del alojamiento.

We have just returned from having a fantastic time in Alamar II 3 with our family, including our one year old grandson. The villa was ideal for all our requirements; close to Burriana beach, bars and restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the bustle of Nerja where there are more beaches and a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Wonderful views of the beach from the balcony. The villa itself was well equipped, including some new appliances in the kitchen. Ideal for two separate families as there are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor and the same on the lower floor. We have been very comfortable in dealing with the owner Natalie, she has been very approachable and helpful, responding immediately to any query we had.
