Lovely Pool Villa with a Beautiful View
Right from the start you feel at home at this very cozy pool villa. The host neighbors have been so kind and helpful, not only receiving us and showing us through the house, but also getting us a driver and other helpful information. Thanks a lot Paul & Jean, your are fantastic ! In the villa, everything is exactly as it was shown on the pictures. And in good shape, although some furniture shows sign of wear & tear. The kitchen is very complete, even with a french-press, which I enjoyed much making fresh coffee. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are nice and clean and especially the master bedroom & bathroom are really big. And the pool has a good size to enjoy it, looking out over the valley. And the covered car park is much appreciated to keep the car in the shade. The private development is extremely quiet and has a lovely and very well maintained common area (had the large pool for myself to swim my 1'000m). Great place to relax and enjoy. And with your car you are in 13 minutes in the shopping centre down town of Hua Hin and within few minutes you'll find many restaurant in the area or nice beach front resorts for a change. Great place.

Tolle Villa in ruhiger Lage
Wirklich tolle Villa, alles so wie auf den Bildern, Blitzsauber und in gutem Zustand. Über die Lage wurde schon viel geschrieben, deshalb etwas mehr über die Villa. Die Zimmer sind gross und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr viel Fensterfläche,alle mit Fliegengittern und mit außreichend dicken Vorhängen zur Abdunkelung versehen. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, sogar Mülltüten und Spülmittel sind vorhanden. Der Außenbereich ist gepflegt, der Pool ca. 4x 8m gross und ca.1.2m tief. Auch hier ist alles sauber und in gutem Zustand. Der Blick zum Meer ist nach unserem Empfinden nicht so toll (wie auf den Bildern), trotzdem hat einen freien Blick auf die Umgebung und schaut nicht vor eine Wand. Noch zur Umgebung, leider war der vielgelobte Mr.Jok wegen Renovierung geschlossen, aber es sind einige Restaurants in 5 Autominuten zu erreichen, z.b. Irene Restaurant, Smile, Corner Restaurant und mehr. Zum Schluss noch vielen Dank an Sergey, er hat von Anfang an immer sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert, ebenso vielen Dank an die Nachbarn Ying und Paul, die sich um die Gäste kümmern. Paul hat uns sogar beim Reifenwechsel nach einem Plattfuss geholfen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa und würden jederzeit dort wieder buchen!

Utmärkt!
Bekvämt, tryggt, bra pool, rent och fint i hela området. Bra och stor gemensam pool. Ägarens granne hade koll på allt vi skulle kunna undra över. Även ägaren var en utmärkt man att ha att göra med. Kommer vi till Thailand igen hyr vi gärna detta hus även då.

Perfect luxury escape
Villa is part of a medium size complex with many permanent residents. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Pool is larger than expected with a shared pool in the complex for those who want to get some proper laps. Sergey the owner was so helpful along with the next door neighbor Paul who helped us navigate our way around, he even lent us his motorbike the first evening! There is limited options within walking distance so highly recommend hiring a car. Mr Joks is a hidden gem within walking distance but that’s pretty much it. Villa is about a 20 min drive to Hua hin but there are plenty of beaches and restaurants a 5 min drive away. Roads are much better than expected and very easy to navigate. Great location if you want to be a little secluded but with easy driving access to everything. I couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you Sergey for making our stay so easy.

Excellent for a perfect holiday.
It is very quite ,all you expect for a 5 stars.very nice view on the valley and the sea. Good location 15 mn from huahin and pranburri.5mm from the beach. Very private house,nice and private swimming pool. Paul the neighboor is very helpfull. A dream of holiday. We will come back. Michel and Moon

A perfect stay
A fantastic place! We've rented several villas across Thailand and in some other countries in the past and this definitely is one of the best! The description and previous reviews are all very true, so not much to add really. The villa is beautiful, very private and has just everything you need for a great family vacation. Seaview is a great bonus, which you rarely get in Hua Hin area. The pool is partly shaded throughout the day, so is always very refreshing. And the huge community pool, which is just 1 minute walk from the house, is very warm and has nice shallow areas, so the kids could stay there for hours (it gets very few other visitors, so, as one of the other reviewers put it, it's like your second private pool where you can be alone most of your time). Sergey, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing us with loads of info on the area. We didn't get to meet him in person, but we were greeted by his neighbor Paul, who was also very welcoming and willing to answer all our questions. On arrival we found fresh fruit, soft drinks and snacks, plenty of drinking water, toiletries... You could just grab your swimwear and come, there's really everything you could think of! The massage place 2 min drive from the villa is very good. Went there several times for oil massage and were never disappointed. The restaurant in the same building was closed at the time we were there, but the other nearest place - Jok's, which was recommended by Sergey and Paul and the other reviewers as well, is lovely: nice setting, good food (Thai and European - made the kids happy having their nuggets and french fries :) and good prices too. Hua Hin and surroundings have so much to offer, you can spend day after day exploring this beautiful area and enjoying all sorts of activities! This villa is a great base, no matter how much excitement you've had during your day, you can come back here to relax in total peace and quiet. I'd say, if you intend to stay in Khao Tao area, look no further! We'll try to be back for sure!

Fantastic Villa
Villa was great. Sergey and his wife cannot do enough for you. Location is peaceful and tranquil. Some may say too far out of town, but if you want to relax and get away from it all, this is the place to do it. Villa is spotless, well looked after with maintenance and gardening completed regularly even during your stay. Everything is included, beach towels, bedding, crockery, cutlery, wifi etc. Nothing bad to say about the place. Location is close to a beautiful beach where there is a beach club that you can pay to access daily, well worth it.. Only downside is feeling like you have to rely on Sergey and his wife too much, especially to arrange taxi's etc into town as not much English is spoken in this area. It was no issue for them, but I don't like to inconvenience people for trivial things. Overall great stay in a great villa and highly recommended.

Perfect Chillout Getaway!
Sergey offered a Wonderful experience from start to finish as we were well looked after by him & his neighbour Paul, who even let me use his scooter for the day! Before flying we were given all the info on where to go & places to see and when we landed the airport pickup was on the ball and painless, again organised by Serg. The location of the villa means that you need wheels to get about, but is also not far off the main road, so handy in that regard. There is a Supermarket open 24/7 as you turn off the main road so any thing you need last minute can be picked up on way back to villa. There is also 2 restaurant's just 30 seconds from the gate if driving. The one on the left also has a seperate massage area which is nicely done and fresh. The road just off to the right of that is where you will find Jok's and I must say you will be AMAZINGLY surprised by the food, preparation, friendliness and prices! It is a small family affair with the brother taking the credit for cooking as he loves to cook! Ying will look after you very well and try it sooner rather than later as you may well find yourself going back time and again, so good is this little place! There is nice spots to enjoy around Khao Tao and the nearby Sai Noi beach is a great place to start, with a nice beach restaurant. There are plenty of restaurants within 10 to 15 min drive and Sergey/Paul will point you in the right direction depending on your preferences. The villa is very nice, ideal size all on one floor with 3 nice bedrooms and all the mod cons you will need to enjoy your space. The breeze you get from the sea is pleasant and keeps you cool sitting outside, or jump in the pool to get even cooler, The views of the surrounding nature reserve means that it is very quite/peaceful and feels very open. The main pool is huge and was hardly used, so seemed like a 2nd private pool and great to do the morning laps in before breakfast down the road. Yes, we never cooked just ate out all the time, but the kitchen has every thing you need. Great stay with very good wifi for those of you that MUST be connected at all times, but the place will make you want to switch off and just CHILL!

Extremely Comfortable Villa
This was an extremely comfortable villa, the owners were more than helpful and most efficient in responses. Slightly out of the way from the town but very convenient for the Sonami Beach which has a beautiful beach club there. One slight surprise was that the bedding change was washed and dried in the washing machine in the villa which meant that the machines were occupied when we returned from the beach. Other than that, a very pleasant stay.
