There are 3 double beds, two bathrooms, a sittingroom with small solid fuel stove and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area. There is ample off -road parking with enclosed gardens to front and rear. The property is located in a scenic area, close to Pontoon Lakes, the River Moy and only 30 Km from the sea. It is ideally situated for exploring Mayo, Sligo, Roscommon and Galway. Amenities : Oil fired central heating and solid fuel stove. Electric Oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV with Saorview and some satellite channels, broadband . Bed linen and towels included in rent. The famous Foxford Woollen Mills is located in the village , has a visitor centre, a shop and restaurant. The Admiral Brown Museum is nearby . the Museum of Country life is only 20 Km away in Turlough . There is Chinese restaurant and other take always also in the village. In the nearby town of Ballina there is a mix of different types of restaurants and take-always with menus in the holiday pack in the house.
