The living area has a TV with DVD player and a wood burning stove. Logs are included for free. The cottage also benefits from oil-fired central heating throughout. Due to the spiral staircase and mezzanine area, this cottage is not suitable for small children. The cottage is suitable for guests with restricted mobility as it can be accessed without having to use steps, through the back door. The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with both bath and a separate shower. Security deposit A security deposit of £60 is required when booking this property. This will be added to the total price of your booking, and will be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure. Dogs One well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement for a supplementary fee of £25. You are expected to be vigilant and keep your dog under close control at all times as there will be livestock in the immediate vicinity on the farm. There will however be a field nearby where you can exercise your dog which is stock free. The garden is currently not enclosed on one side. Guests must also note that dogs are not allowed on the furniture, on the beds and you must not leave your dog alone in the property at any time. There are lots of lovely walks a short walk/drive from the farm where your dog can be exercised freely, including dog friendly beaches. he local pub is also dog friendly and can be reached via a footpath.
