This flat is exactly as described and is an excellent base for seeing Valletta and Malta. Lucianne is extremely helpful and responds promptly. The location has a magnificent view and is well located for seeing the city. We can’t recommend this rental highly enough!

This flat is great in so many ways.... You are minutes away from all the main sights of Valletta, minutes away from some really good restaurants (try the Undercroft of St Paul's, and don't miss Zero Sei), minutes away from shops and you are right on the seafront with beautiful views across to the old Knights hospital. Lucianne was a really helpful host and quickly responded to any questions or issues. Within 15 minutes walk to the bus station on the edge of the city or to the ferries to the Three Cities and Gozo. You won't do better than that!

Set within an old Valletta building with tons of character but renovated to a very high standard. Literally 5 minutes from the city centre and all the wonderful things Valletta offers. The view from the apartment is phenomenal. Booking and contact with the vendor was very smooth and easy, Lucy was very nice to deal with. We arrived on the Easter weekend and as well as a lovely bottle of Maltese wine, Lucy treated us to an Easter egg which was a lovely gesture. We arranged with Lucy to get the airport transfer to and from the airport. This was provided by Joram who is a great guy, really friendly and full of helpful knowledge. We had a fantastic stay at Valletta Waterfront and would definitely return and would absolutely recommend.

This is a great place to stay. Lucianne could not have been more helpful and friendly. She organised a taxi to and from the airport for us with a lovely driver who gave us recommendations for places to visit. The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped with fantastic views over the harbour. Great location within 1 minute walk of central Valetta. Highly recommended are visits to Mdina and the fantastic Museum of Archaeology and War Museums. Endless places to eat great food but particularly good is Noni.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist zur Erkundung von Valletta und der Umgebung super. In 2 min ist man im Zentrum von Valletta! Wir haben so die Stadt sehr gut erkunden Können. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Aussicht fantastisch, sehr sauber und die Betreuung durch Lucianne war spitze. Wir empfehlen euch, das Taxi vom Flughafen gleich über sie mit zu buchen. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind gut ausgestattet, dass WLAN funktioniert sehr gut und schnell. Wir haben bei 3 Nächten Strom für 4€ verbraucht. Allerdings brauchten wir Klimaanlage oder Heizung nicht. Wer Valletta, Sliema und die 3Citys auf Malta auf eigene Faust erkunden möchte, ist mit diesem Apartment sehr gut dabei. Der Service war spitze und ich würde es für Valletta immer wieder buchen.

This is a beautiful apartment with amazing views over the waterfront to Sliema. Very well equipped, with good quality fittings and a comfortable bed. Lucy, who looks after the place was very helpful both before and during our stay. It was a 5 minute walk into the centre of Valletta, but the steps and the roads going up were steep. The apartment has it's own entrance, but it is then up two flights of stairs as it is situated on the first floor. The only negatives for us were that the apartment was cold, with the only heating available coming from the air con units, and then we were asked to pay an extra €8.16 for electricity usage during our stay. Our view is that this is a bit stingy, given that we paid nearly €800 for our 7 night stay. It would be better to set a usage level below which you don't pay, and only charge guests for excessive usage above the level set. That being said, we would happily stay here again, but perhaps not in the Winter or in the heat of Summer.

Our booking for this apartment was confirmed by email from Tripadvisor and payment in full was debited from my credit card but the owner then cancelled. The apartment is listed on other websites and in our case, it was double booked. Unfortunately, I took the booking as confirmed and cancelled a booking I had at another place. That place has since been booked out. I'm posting this so people can be aware the confirmation process on this flat is messy and you can end up with a very large charge on your credit card with an uncertain timeline as to when it will be refunded and finally no booking.

The Maltese balcony lived up to its reputation, offering a beautiful view across the harbor at a fortification, with the moon setting over it each morning and the bustle of ferries and sail boats going in and out and across to the town on the other side. The location was great, quiet yet steps from the town (quite a few steps - but that is part of being in a fortified town protecting a harbor). The flat was very comfortable with lots of light, comfortable seating and a large dining room table. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking gear and appliances, and plates and glasses. The bedroom was spacious and the bed comfortable. There were plenty spaces to hang and put our cloths. The shower had ok water pressure. The weather was very comfortable so we did not need either heat of air conditioning, and the add on electric cost was less then 10 euros for the week. Lucianne was excellent to work with. We took her up on the offer of using a driver she recommended from the airport and, because we tend to have trouble finding places in old towns, were glad we did. He offered advise on sites to visit while in Malta, he gave Lucianne a heads up were on the way and took us right to the door, where she met us. Lucianne efficiently explained the somewhat complicated electric protocol and the amenities of the apartment and gave us additional information about Valletta, including recommendations for grocery stores and restaurants. Her referral to a bakery and explanation how to prepare the Maltese bread we bought there gave us two really nice home cooked meals.

We had travelled a few months to end our fabulous holiday in this apartment for 2 weeks. What a way to end a great holiday in this divine apartment. Great views nice air flow and facilities luxuriously accommodated.

From booking, contact with Lucianne was expedient. Apartment is exactly the same as the photos, but what they don't show is how conveniently located the apartment is. 5 Minute walk to Sliema ferry, around the corner and you are in the old town of Valetta with it's many small restaurants and bars, and a 3 minute walk to an ocean pool. We found the apartment to be perfect in every way, plenty of internal space, well located and in superb condition. We had a fantastic time in Malta, it is beautiful. Would I stay again, or recommend. Absolutely.
