The kitchen is very functional and well-equipped, with oven, microwave, washing machine, gas hob etc. You will also find all the equipment needed for your stay.
The lounge stands out for its size and brightness, thanks to its South-east orientation. There are two sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), air conditioning and dining table.
The windows are fitted with mosquito nets for better comfort during the summer months.
The exterior area has a small porch with table and chairs, and an awning.
LOCATION
The beach is close by at around 400 metres, and the commerical area of La Barrosa is about 1.5 kilometres, while Chiclana town centre is just over six kilometres.

Hiking, mountain biking, fishing, diving, snorkelling and surf (within one kilometre of the apartment).
Tennis, golf (Iberostar Golf Novo Sancti Petri), canoeing, kayaking and water skiing (within five kilometres of the apartment).

Rock climbing (less than 25 kilometres away).
IMPORTANT: The swimming pool is only open during the summer.
