Persone fantastiche e appartamento molto molto grazioso
Ringrazio la signora Yvonne E la signora Marion per la gentilezza e la disponibilità con la quale ci hanno trattati e accolti. L'appartamento è davvero bello e spazioso, con tutti i confort e con la spiaggia di Salis a pochi passi. Molto bello il terrazzino con la visuale del mare. Sicuramente.ci torneremo.

Lägenhet är rymlig och har ett bra läge med gångavstånd till strand och centrum. Den är dock ganska sliten. Sovrummet, med en enkel och en dubbelsäng, passade oss perfekt som är tre i familjen. Tyst och svalt (tack vare AC). Vardagsrummet är stort och har bl a två stora soffor (med mycket smutsiga dynor), TV, ett sängskåp och ett matbord. Kök och badrum med ganska låg standard. Balkong var så liten att den inte användes allsvav oss.

Great apartment great location
The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The building itself located beside the shore front and still a 5 minute walk from the old town, you can walk anywhere really in town from here. The kitchen is fully equipped and all the mod cons. Very happy with our stay and would return no problem at all.

Spacious apartment in great location near the beach
Yvonne's spacious apartment is located a 2 minute walk from the beach and 10 minute stroll from the old town. There is a large lounge with sofa and dining table, fold out bed which we didn't use but it looked fine. The balcony is very narrow and just accommodates 2 chairs and a small table, it only gets the sun first thing in the morning but there is a side view to the sea.the kitchen is well equipped but the microwave and oven are both old and the oven kept cutting out.bathroom has a bath with shower over and a washing machine, it's a good size but a little dated. The bedroom has lots of storage space. Overall the apartment is good value and we enjoyed our stay and would like to stay here again.

Wonderful immaculate apartment with great location
We only had 4 nights but it was so worth it, this apartment is immaculate & the location is perfect with a little balcony that we spent most of our time trying different wines & nibbles before dinner, it also has a great view of the sea.
There's a great beach across the road & another near the old town.
Any questions at all Yvonne responded quickly & nothing was too much trouble...
If you want a mini break or couple of weeks away this is perfect apartment & it's the best location & next time i hope to book for longer

Perfect holiday

Great apartment in a very good location
Our experience in Antibes was a wonderful one because of our well equipped and conveniently located apartment. Really enjoyed our stay in a beautiful town. Walked to train station in 15-20 minutes and only 10 minutes to Cannes and 20 minutes to Nice by rail.
Would highly recommend Apartment L'illette to anyone

Apartment L'Ilette
Just back from our third ( says it all ) stay in Yvonne's wonderful apartment in Antibes. Bright, airy and very well equipped, it is difficult to fault. The location is superb: a stone'd throw from a wonderful beach, a ten minute walk into the lovely Old Town and the same into the commercial centre of Antibes. Very easy access now by airport bus from Nice airport to Antibes with the bus leaving you a fifteen minute walk from the apartment.
Yvonne herself is a delight to deal with. Booking made easy.
If you're going to Antibes, why would you want to stay anywhere else ?

Once a booking is agreed we will send you a booking form to complete and sign and return to us together with the booking deposit within 10 days of original booking date. Once we receive the signed booking form and deposit the booking will then be validated . 30% deposit required to secure booking. Full Payment required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made by euro cheque or Bank Transfer. All Pay Pal Charges and Bank Transfer Charges must be paid by client and added to rental payment amount. Breakage/Loss of Keys deposit of euro 200 to be paid to apartment manager on arrival which will be refunded at time of departure, subject to satisfactory property inspection.

Cancellation Procedure:
In the Event of Cancellation:
1. Cancellation after deposit and prior to full balance being paid will result in 100% of deposit being retained for administration costs.
2. Cancellation after full rental paid (e.g. within 8 weeks of stay) will result in 50% of rental cost being retained to cover administration and loss of custom.
No refund if cancellation occurs 1-2 weeks before arrival due to administration costs.
