There is also a comfy shoe storage seat to sit and remove your shoes after a days walking, and pretty lamps dotted around. There is a well equipped kitchen with plenty of work surfaces, a large new SMEG 5 ring range cooker, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, and washing machine. The back door leads to stone steps that take you up to the path which has a beautiful border of well stocked plants, shrubs and trees. At the bottom of garden there is a patio with a table and chairs for 4 people where you can relax in the secluded garden. Back inside there is a flight of stairs that takes you to a landing, leading off this there is a first floor double bedroom furnished in a boutique style with a double fitted wardrobe, a second Sony Smart 32” TV, oak set of drawers, a double bed and at the end a beautiful chaise longue, two bedside tables and two lamps. Off the landing is a bathroom with bath and hand held shower plus electric shower overhead, WC and basin with built-in storage including shelf, shaving point, mirror and heated towel rail. The staircase to the top floor is through an old wooden door that leads to the top floor to a large impressive bedroom with large built-in wardrobe, a stunning super king grey velvet bed , zip locked mattress with a beautiful grey velvet studded headboard, there is also a stunning black metal mirror, a set of drawers and a chest with a lamp, you also have beautiful view of the Chipping Campden Church Spire and high street from all three floors. The bathroom has a modern powerful shower, heated towel rail, shaving point, wash basin, mirror and W.C. A starter pack of logs will be provided. The house has a open fire and the fire guard should be used when the fire is lit and as with any open fire sparks can occasionally spit out and must be put out. The garden has a few steps to access which can become slippery when wet and there is a slight incline up the garden to the patio.
