Lovely cabin. Only thing was the decking wasn’t cleaned before our arrival, and the last people to stay left a pair of socks and a hair band on it.

Family holiday
We went as an extended family. Our lodge was beautiful. Location was perfect to reach all the amenities really easily. All staff on site were so helpful and so happy. The restaurant on site was lovely and clean, the food arrived really promptly after ordering via the app. This was so easy to do. Everything was COVID friendly, hand sanitizers, floor signs and distancing in place. The staff all work really hard to ensure your holiday is still one to remember despite what’s going on in the outside world. Thank you Warmwell, we will be back next year.

Wonderful stay!
We have just returned from a perfect New Year break at Warmwell! The park itself is really lovely and they made it very festive, which the kids loved! There are so many activities to do. We have been to many holiday parks, but this was definitely one of our favourites. We hired out two of Anita’s lodges - this 3 bedroom and her 2 bedroom! Wow - absolutely beautiful! Spotlessly clean, spacious, warm and comfortable. We really did have the most wonderful stay with our party of 8 (ranging from 64- 11months.) The Ski centre was fantastic and located about a minute walk from the 2 bedroom lodge! Anita is a wonderful host, very friendly and accommodating- nothing was too much trouble, she always returned my messages swiftly. We can’t wait to return! X

Beautiful, well equipped, lovely location, pet friendly plenty of room for a family of 6
Just arrived home from a fabulous weeks stay at 170 Birch Lodge. From the initial contact with Anita, she couldn’t have been any more helpful. The lodge is stunning - modern, bright, spotless. Plenty of room for us 2 adults, 4 children 9,11,13,15 and a 6 month old puppy. It was the best equipped lodge we’ve been to, and we go away frequently - it was so lovely to be able to cook for the 6 of us and not run out of plates or cutlery which seems to happen everywhere else. The location of the lodge is perfect, quiet and right next to the bridle path entrance - great for dog walks. We’ve been to Warmwell before and love the fact there’s so much to do, so we didn’t leave the site all week (apart to replenish food supplies). I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Beautifully presented, well equipped, pet friendly with plenty of room for 6 of us
We’d been to Warmwell before so knew that we loved the site. Decided to look to book privately and had great, prompt responses to queries from Anita from the outset. It was our first ‘dog friendly’ lodge, but we visit lodges frequently in other sites - and it really was the best equipped with kitchen utensils that we’ve ever been in, it made a pleasant change to be able to cook for 6 of us without running out of plates or cutlery. Anita had mentioned the lodges proximity to the bridle path which is right next door and perfect for dog walks. A beautiful quiet part of the park, but still only a 10 minute walk to all the amenities. We loved it here - and didn’t leave the site all week - plenty for us all to do - 2 adults, 4 children 9, 11, 13 and 15 plus dog.

We all had a fantastic holiday. The lodge was clean and furnished nicely. Home from home. Anita emailed near to our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. The lodge is located in a quiet part of the site, which was ideal. Plenty of walks and places to visit nearby.

Lovely stay
Lovely lodge in a perfect location. 5/10 minute walk to the entertainment complex with lots of things to do for all the family. Loved that the lodge was a little further from the complex than others as it felt slightly more secluded and not overlooked by others. Weymouth/Poole/Bournemouth all easily accessible from this site.

Pros: Good location near Weymouth, Portland and other attractions. Lodge clean and showers excellent. Lodge in quiet location near dog walk. Cons. : No internet in lodge only at reception area. Lodge quite basic. No cushions on sofa, Lack of kitchen implements. No oven trays. Broken kitchen bin. Make sure you take all basic provisions as nothing provided except a couple of toilet rolls. No welcome pack. Not homely. Lodge is in quiet place but no views only trees and other lodges Decking around lodge green and slimey and when wet lethal

Hi Lesley thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you did not have a great time which was possibly helped by the UK extremely wet terrible weather conditions you experienced the week of your stay. Unfortunately it is not possible to provide provide a welcome pack. It doesn't state that one is provided in the booking conditions. I'm sorry that you felt the need to call me at 8pm on your day of arrival to complain that you didn't have recycling sacks or washing up liquid, although we did email reception straight away to provide sacks for you the next day. Thank you for informing me about the broken bin, which will now be replaced. If this had been reported to reception or me at the time it could have instantly been replaced. The lodge also adheres to a strict inventory which is set by the park, which includes several ceramic dishes for baking, along with a wide range of kitchen equipment.Metal trays unfortunately are not part of this as they have a short life span and become scratched and rust easily. The lodge is situated in a woodland setting and does not claim to have views, only of wildlife and trees. There is WIFI provided on the park but this can be sometimes temperamental due to its rural location in Dorset. This unfortunately is beyond our control and is a problem experienced on a whole in many rural areas of the county. The park management endeavour to keep the WIFI up and running and any issues should be reported to reception. Kind regards, Anita

Excellent family friendly place
we were welcomed by a crisp and spoteless lodge and the location was amazing and so many child friendly activities to do. The lodge is maintained to great standards and is so spacious that our 3 year old wass enjoying running around. Durdle door and monkey world are a just a short distance away.and weymouth is less than 15 mins by car. We had a good time at the weymouth beach and enjoyed walking through the busy evening streets. highly recommend and will return next year

Perfect dog and child friendly accommodation
Lovely lodge! Very nicely decorated, clean, had everything we needed. Which is a joy as usually dog friendly accommodation can be 'not so good'. Where it was located on the site was perfect given nearby gate to a bridal path for walking dogs in the morning and collecting newspapers from the on-site shop. Sun was on the decking all day and the outside furniture was well used given we had excellent weather. A gate to the decking area meant we didnt need to worry about the dogs wandering off! No need to leash them outside! Bed really comfortable. Kitchen had everything. Lounge area comfy. We really cannot fault this accommodation at all! Outside of accommodation, we used the main site facilities, which were very good. Very child friendly and will book again and take grandchildren. Wider than the site, really good location for different beaches including dog friendly one's! Highly recommended accommodation.

Our lodge is in an ideal location to explore the Jurassic coastline, which is just minutes away . The World Heritage site at Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door, with the lovely locals pubs are well worth a visit.The lodge is in Hardy country: Thomas Hardy was born in the local area and lived out his days in Dorchester. A visit to his home in Higher Bockhampton is well worth a trip. Lawrence (of Arabia) made Moreton his home in his later years and is buried at the cemetery there. His home is now owned by the National Trust. The village of Moreton also has a beautiful church and a fabulous tearoom - the former schoolhouse. Weymouth is just 15 minutes away and has a stunning sandy beach - perfect for children of all ages. The old harbour has lovely pubs and antiques shops. Sealife Centre is a perfect place for an afternoon visit.Monkey World is only about 10 minutes away and it is such a pleasure to see the rescued primates enjoying their happy new home. No visit to the area can be complete without a visit to The Smugglers Inn at Osmington Mills - such a stunning location. Corfe Castle is one of the prettiest villages in Dorset and it is only 30 minutes away on the Purbeck peninsula.
