Absolutely fantastic place to stay for a few days for a group. We spent a week in villa Ginborn. It’s nice house with plenty of space – 5 bedrooms. The pool is very nice and the view is stunning. The villa really has everything you need, from the fully equipped kitchen to toys used on the beach. And would there be anything you need Pia and Roger (the hosts) are always there to help you. They also can arrange you to be picked up at (and driven to) the airport. Very convenient. Try out the nearby take away place as well. The have nice and cheap food. For other grocery shopping I would recommend you to go to Makro in Kata. Once again- Pia and Roger are extremely helpful with whatever kind of help needed. – Big , big + We highly recommend this place!!

We are on the last day of our holiday at Villa Ginborn, a beautiful light, airy, stylish villa with all the facilities a family needs on holiday. We live in Australia and decided to meet our UK family here instead of travelling back to the UK. Villa Ginborn was perfect! Plenty of space, a beautiful sun deck with infinity pool with breathtaking views plus an outdoor dining area enabled us to spend precious quality time with all our family including the 3 children in our group aged 8, 4 and 3. Pia and Roger have been wonderful hosts with from start to end of our holiday, thank you guys for providing us with the perfect base to enjoy precious moments with our extended family 💗

We had a faboulous stay in Villa Ginborn. The villa and the outdoor spaces was perfect for families! We were three adults and three kids and we stayed for two weeks. And we loved everything about it! Pia and Roger was the perfect hosts! Always helpful and polite!😄 Can strongly recommend a stay at Villa Ginborn!😄

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ginborn with our 4 adult sons and two of their partners. Pia and Roger were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. We arranged for breakfast each morning which was wonderfully prepared by khun Chome each morning. We also had him prepare a superb feast one night with beautiful (if not far too much!!!) Thai and European dishes. Would highly recommend that you do this. Thank you Pia and Roger for a wonderful holiday!

Great location - just out of the hustle that is Thailand but close access to Patong, Kata and Karon beaches. The bedroom set up was great for our three family party of 9 people. The outdoor area was perfect for dining, relaxing and just staring out at the stunning water view. The infinity pool was enjoyed often by all ages. Our hosts Pia and Roger were extremely helpful, always able to provide assistance with local travel, recommend a tattooist and general local knowledge on everything we needed. Do not look for any other accommodation in this area - this one is everything you need and want plus more!

Staying here with friends was just what we needed, the place has it all! Stunning rooms with private bathrooms all leading out onto balconies and terrace with very cool rim flow pool looking over Kata bay, wow!! Views and more views! There is a barbeque (Braai) next to the pool which made for great entertainment! We had our privacy and when it came time to wanting to see all the action and head down to the beach and bars it was a quick scooter ride or nice walk down to the beach, taxi(tuc tuc) also pretty cheap and easy. Our hosts Pia and Rodger are like that cool Uncle and Aunt you never had! Such a warm and lovely couple, ask them to help you make the most of your stay in Phuket, they know it all! We did a great jungle hike as well as the most outrageous sea food market where we indulged in the freshest seafood and good beer!(The hidden gems you would not normally know about that make your holiday). We will come again, thank you so much Pia and Rodger!

This was my second time at Villa Ginborn that is the perfect stay for especially groups of people since there is *a lot* of space (5 bedrooms). However, I have also spent some "alone time" in the house which feels like really spoiling yourself! The view is magnificent both day and night time. Love spending time by the pool. The villa really has everything you need, from the fully equipped kitchen to inflatable bathing rings. And would there be anything you need Pia and Roger (the hosts) are always there to help you. They also can arrange you to be picked up at (and driven to) the airport. Very convenient. There is a little local shop on the street to get ice cream or some milk for your coffee from. For other grocery shopping I would recommend you to go to Makro in Kata. For anyone interested in health/spa travel there is a great opportunity staying at Villa Ginborn and participating in detox, yoga or other activities at Santosa Detox & Wellness Center that is situated just a step away. You can also enjoy a dinner in their restaurant when you don't feel like going down to Kata. There are other restaurants nearby but you should be aware of the uphill walk when coming back to the house. I would recommend a walk down and to get a "tuk tuk" back after. I would definitely stay at Villa Ginborn again and hope I can go there with my daughters and their families one day!

Rymliga exklusiva villan där inget saknades. Känslan med poolen och utsikten över Kata i direkt anslutning när skjutdörrarna öppnades är magnifik. Alla sovrum har sängar som vi svenskar ofta saknar på semesterboende, riktigt sköna samt eget badrum med lyxig inredning och egen utgång till pool alt balkong vilket gör det möjligt att dra sig tillbaka för privata stunder. Umgänges utrymmen som kök, allrum och altan med pool häng är fullt utrustad för att få bästa semester minnet. Läget en bit upp på berget gjorde att vi inte saknade hotell gymet. Vi kommer absolut tillbaka till detta boende!

We had a wonderful vacation in this amazing house. Modern, clean and a lot of space for all friends who joined us. A gorgeous infinity pool with wiew over Kata and Kata beach. We will recommend this place to everyone we know.
