My large and comfortable (155sm), two-bedroom apartment in Karon Beach, is bright, airy and extremely convenient for access to both the beach and Karon village, with all its restaurants, shops & bars.
We are currently offering up to a THB2,500 per night discount due to the fact there is some construction work in the property next-door to my apartment.
We supply full kitchen facilities, with both an oven and hob - ovens are very unusual in Thailand.
There are large screen smart TV's in both the lounge and master bedroom so you have a choice of watching the local cable TV or Netflix etc.

If you smoke or eat Durian in the apartment or the apartment is left unduly messy or smelly there will be a charge of THB 5,000.
Keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.
If you lose the key & fob there will be a 2,000THB charge to replace them.
During your stay, if any linens or towels are stained or left unduly soiled you will be charged
Please also note that the pool towels issued are only for use at the pool and are not to be taken to the beach.
Phuket, situated in the Andaman Sea, to the south of Thailand is the largest of the countries many Islands. With a range of mountains in the west of the island creating a spine running from the north to the south the island is divided into two distinctly separate sides. The western coast has several sandy beaches and comprises of the most “Tourist Developed Areas”. Karon Beach is the longest tourist beach in Phuket. The area has many facilities like bars, restaurants, gift shops, convenience stores, tailors etc. There are a couple of markets in town - ask the staff for details.
The east of the island is the home of the main commercial and administrative areas, primarily based in or around Phuket Town, along with the main ports.

There are always taxis and 'Tuk Tuk's' available to carry you around the Island. Taxis can be arranged through the reception office or called from the details shown in the information book left in the apartment. If you have the necessary licences you can also rent a car or a motorcycle. Again speak to the staff in the reception office and they can arrange this for you.
