Riktigt bra hotell. Sköna sängar, bra städning och varierad frukostbuffe.
Lugnt och skönt vid poolen, inte så svårt att få solstolar även fast man inte var ute direkt på morgonen.
Trevlig hjälp i receptionen med att boka bil.

Besökte Dionysos den 9/8-20 stannade där i en vecka tillsammans med 9 andra vänner.
Rent och fräscht hotell. Städning varje dag. Bra restaurang och bar på hotellet med helt ok mat och drinkar.
Det negativa med hotell rummen var att det inte fanns några filtar eller täcken. Man var tvungen att använda ett tunt lakan som täcke och det blev alldeles för kallt på kvällarna när man hade ACn på. Vi bad om filtar i receptionen vilket vi fick.
Men när några andra vänner också bad om filtar så blev personalen otrevliga och tyckte att man borde bett om det tidigare och att det var försent för att man borde ligga och sova nu klockan var bara 22.00 och hela baren och hotellet hade öppet.
Under våran vistelse hände en del incidenter med personal där de var väldigt otrevliga.
Första natten satt vi på balkongen och blev en aning högljudda då fick en tillsägelse (vilket jag förstår) och det skedde inte igen. Medan rummen bredvid oss var högljudda flera nätter i rad med skrik, musik och de hoppade i poolen mitt i natten. De fick ingen tillsägelse eller varning.
Alltså det enda negativa med hotellet var att vissa som jobba där kunde bli otrevliga för små saker.
Sedan fanns det såklart trevligt folk också som jobbade där.

Det absolut bästa hotell jag varit på hittills.
Underbar personal, den mest utsökta maten, rymliga och rena rum, helt otroligt stor pool, med poolbar, man kunde simma runt hela området, under broar sen fram till baren för en läskande drink.
Mycket barnvänligt.
Ett riktigt paradis vi hittade på Rhodos, jag är så nöjd med allt, och jag kommer absolut tillbaka.

Underbar saltvattenspool. Stolarna blev fort uppbokade. Restaurangutbudet i byn inte det bästa men Rhodos stad ligger inte så långt bort. Klapperstensstrand nedanför hotellet. Låter kanske inte så kul men poolen vägde upp det övriga för oss.

Precis hemkommen från en vecka på detta hotell. Har läst en hel del recensioner inför resan och var beredd på hårda sängar och inga badhanddukar.
+ Det är ett jättefint stort poolområde som barnen gillade skarpt.
- Nackdelar med poolen var att det inte fanns stolar så det räckte till alla, så många blev utan. Sen var det en poolkille med varierande attityd. Supertrevlig mot vissa och direkt otrevlig mot andra.
- Blandad attityd från personal generellt. Inte alltid serviceminded.
- Det är ett hotell från 70-talet och vi fick ett ganska slitet rum som stundtals luktade mögel.
+ Städningen var dock bra varje dag.
+ Det är en fin, mysig, välskött trädgård med lekområde för barn.
- Det finns flera restauranger på området och maten är medel. De sjabblade till beställningen ett par gånger för oss, och löste det inte på ett snyggt sätt.
+Souvlakistället är toppen, så bra som en enkel lunch på området.
+ Frukosten var bra. Mycket att välja på!!
- Det finns, en liten super market i anslutning rill hotellet, som gar lite av det mesta.
Några hundra meter till stranden som kallas windy beach med vågor.

It is regrettable that our mattresses fell below your expectations as we are taking steps to make improvements at the guest rooms; however we provide a mattress topper for those clients that find our mattresses hard.
Regarding the number of the sun beds, unfortunately we do not have enough space to place some more sun beds; we provide approximately 220 around the pools.
The staff applies the hotel's policies without exceptions. Our policies satisfy the most of our customers and at the same time, we are aware and do accept the fact that that there will be a very small number of guests who will be unsatisfied, for those clients we provide alternative solutions.

Minsta lilla blåst så fäller de när alla parasoller kring poolen, jobbigt när det är stekande sol att inte få ha parasollen uppe. Bodde på annat hotell andra dagar där det inte var ett problem att ha parasollen uppe. Väldigt hårda sängar. Maten var bra.
