Servicen på det här hotellet var utomordentligt. Det var hotellets sista vecka öppet innan det stängde för säsongen och alla gäster blev uppgraderade till Elite suites med privata pooler. Maten var fantastisk och personalen väldigt hjälpsam och trevliga. Rekommenderar starkt!
Bott fem nätter på hotellet nu. Det är ganska slitet på en del ställen och vår bungalow har sett sina bästa dagar. Vi bryr oss inte jättemycket om det då vi reser med ett litet barn men det känns inte så fräscht sett till hur mycket man betalar.
Två kvällar i rad hölls bröllop vid den övre poolen (där bungalowrummen är) och det ena störde extremt mycket, hade hög livemusik precis utanför till 00.15. Inte så bra när man har ett litet barn med sig. Kommer inte rekommendera det här hotellet. Vi sa vad vi tyckte och fick noll förståelse.
Poolerna och stranden är bra och personalen är trevliga. Städningen är sådär, de glömmer tömma papperskorgen och vi fick ingen ny tvål t.ex.
Hade vi orkar packa ihop alla grejer hade vi nog tagit våra sista nätter på ett annat hotell.

It feels a bit awkward though, for the inconvenience you felt with the loud music a bit further than the hotel party’s hours policy during the wedding party held in the proximity of our Bungalows section, and we are extending our sincerest apologies for the disturbance on that night. Meanwhile, respecting our distinguished guests' feedback, we can assure that we have already taken all rectifying actions for such misconveniences not to happen again !
At least I hope, you were compensated with the tranquility and relaxation around the top eleven floor, amidst the lush greenery of the hill above and the surrounding gardens, along with the breathtaking view of the azure of the Aegean Sea during the rest of your stay.
Or you spent moments of relaxation and rejuvenation at the various spots throughout the hotel premises, having the chance to enjoy our waterfall splashing waters to the pond with the waterlilies and the koi fish going with the flow of life creating the harmony and wholeness of energy!

Hotellet har definitivt sett sina bättre dagar. Ni som är vana att bo på 5-stjärniga hotell med god service, ska INTE boka detta hotell. Det är en sak att exteriör och interiör är perfekt, men när det brister i alla led (förutom i SPA:t) är det under all kritik.
Exempel:
1. Barpersonalen (unga personer) gjorde fåniga gester bakom ryggen på dottern efter hennes beställning. Hon är 11 år
2. Vi bodde i en svit i två våningar. Den var trevlig förutom att det inte fanns rinnskydd
på duschdörrarna, vilket gjorde att det rann vatten ut i övre rummet som vi torkade upp.
3. Ingen fungerande AC. Vi fick sova i 24 graders värme. Vi fick till svar att dom arbetar på det (ingen återkoppling eller kyla)
Utöver detta luktar delar av hotellet unket och kvaliteten på maten är inte vad vi är vana med. Vi reser 3-4 ggr/år och letar oss till hotell med hög standard, service och bra mat.
Är du/ni van med stora, opersonliga komplex med service utan hjärta kommer ni förmodligen trivas här. Vi bor inte här ens om vi fick det gratis.

Actually, it feels fair to mention that it is our Team who have established and made our hotel known worldwide, awarded many times with excellent ratings, following the Greek concept of hospitality, “filoxenia” -φιλοξενία which is deeply rooted in rituals that are expressions of an authentic relationship between Guest and Host, based on generosity, courtesy and friendship associated with respect, protection and taking care of.
In the meantime, the protection, safety, well-being of children and the respect for their rights, as defined in the International Convention on the Rights of the Child, is recognized by Amathus Hotels as our fundamental duty and obligation. Considering your feedback valuable, though, we have already taken into serious consideration and we are in the process of investigating the unfortunate incident with your daughter you are mentioning.
Truly apologising for the inconvenience you experienced with the faulty A/C unit, which was due to unforeseen circumstances, I am sure, you realized the Maintenance Team did the best possible to rectify the issue as soon the spare parts were delivered, the following day. Besides, the hotel being located on the western part of the island, is considered a bit of fortune and privilege since the summer breeze is quite common, even when the temperatures are really high in other places of the island. I hope that the amazing, breath-taking view of the Aegean Blue and the view of the Sunsets from the Restaurant Terrace and your room were really compensating and I hope you experienced the joy of swimming in the crystal clear waters of the privately owned beach front, a beach recently nominated to be included in the Blue Flag Quality Award network
In the meantime, boasting to have been rendering State of the Art Treatments in our Spa and Wellness Centre, as it is considered among the best throughout Greece and the Dodecanese, it is so rewarding to see that you had the chance to indulge yourself in an ultimate rejuvenation and relaxation experience and enjoyed high quality services and massage treatments by the experts of the kind.
In the meantime, considering Food as one of our priorities and our Chefs are specialised in creating culinary travels to satisfy every palate, it is so unfortunate that you left home without having the chance to experience the eating adventures focusing on the cuisine of Greece at “Bakaliko” Taverna of the top-floor, overlooking the amazing blue of the Aegean Sea or one of our Theme Nights such as the unique “Lobster” Night at our a la carte Restaurant “Varkarola” by the Pool side with the excellent service and the breathtaking view of the Sunset aimed to leave you utterly stuffed!!
At least, I hope you enjoyed items from the “Greek Breakfast Corner" certified by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels including hearty cooked pure, traditional local dishes made with locally grown products such as cheese, honey, nuts and fresh vegetables.

Ett väldigt fint och fräscht hotell.
Kan börja med att säga att om/när vi åker tillbaka till Rhodos så kommer vi helt klart försöka att få rum här.
Vid incheckningen verkar det dock lite rörigt både när vi kommer och när vi såg att det kom andra gäster under våran vistelse.
Vi hade dock turen att prata med Filip som erbjöd oss att uppgradera och visade och oss rummet (vi tackade dock nej till erbjudandet). Han tipsade också om restaurang (vi hade ej all inclusive) i Rhodos stad som var väldigt bra.
Själva rummen är var väldigt fräscha och rena. Bra storlek på både rum och badrum.
Måste nästan vara det första hotellet i Grekland där man får spola ner pappret i toan (eller det stod ingen förbudsskylt iaf), väldigt skönt att slippa lägga papperna i en korg bredvid muggen : )
Rummen med havsutsikt har en fantastisk utsikt som är som balsam för själen.
Trevlig också att det står en flaska vatten och ett litet fruktfat som en välkomst present från hotellet.
Sängarna var väldigt sköna, inte alls så där hårda som dom annars kan vara på hotellen runt medelhavet. 2 kuddar var och härligt stort täcke.
Bra städning varje dag även dom det var lite svårt att veta när dom kom, kändes väldigt slumpmässigt.
Hotellet har också en egen liten butik. Butiken har väldigt bra priser, inte alls mkt dyrare än på ett supermarket. Tex 2 euro för ett Pringelsrör.
Den är öppen mellan 8-23.30 !!
Hotellet har 2 st poolområden, bla ett på taken (vi var aldrig där).
Det större poolområdet har en ett övre (vuxenpool) och ett nedre område.
På det nedre är det störst och där finns även poolbaren.
Var aldrig några problem med att få solsängar (som dessutom är gratis), inte alls någon hysteri som det brukar vara med folk som bokar sängar kl. 7 på morgonen.
Någon av dagarna så fanns det tom lediga sängar efter lunch.
Själva poolen är stor och aldrig någon trängsel i. Det finns ett aktivitetsteam (4 st) som håller i vattengympa osv. Dom försöker såklart få med alla på sina aktiviteter men dom känns aldrig påträngande utan tar ett nej med ett leende.
Det är väldigt bra musik vid poolen.
Maten vid poolen är väldigt bra, dock så är det väl lite si och så med servering som är lite långsam och man kan känna sig lite osedd då man får gå fram och beställa. Detta trots att det är rätt många som jobbar. Man har Inte heller riktigt koll på hur drinkarna skall blandas och det blir lätt kö.
Vill man ligga vid stranden så detta inget problem, man tar sig enkelt dit via en tunnel under vägen. Där finns det också gratis solstolar som hotellet har.
Även dom som håller rent och snyggt och det är verkligen inte mkt att klaga på där heller.
Vid poolen ligger också att rätt välutrustat gym som är gratis.
Vi hade endast frukost som ingick men den var väldigt bra.
Mkt att välja på och allt såg väldigt fräscht ut.
Vi åt även middagsbuffén 1 dag. Den var dock inte lika bra men det fanns väldigt mkt att välja på även här. Vi är dock inga "buffé människor" så här är vi kanske lite orättvisa.
Det finns även Rhodos största SPA på hotellet.
Tjejerna i familjen tog behandlingar och alla var jättenöjda.
Själva spat var väldigt fint och fräscht, även här var personalen jättetrevliga.
Rumservice finns också dygnet runt.
Vi provade när vi kom, då ett av våra rum ej var klart.
Vi var klart nöjda med maten och det levererades rätt snabbt.
Som helhet så rekommenderar vi verkligen detta hotell !
Ett superfint hotell med hög standard och supertrevlig personal, speciellt restaurangs personalen Maria, Evangelina och Reta som var väl bemötande och omhändertagande. Supergoda frukost, lunch och definitivt middagabuffeén som hade olika teman varje kväll, toppen all inclusive. Och en verkligen uppskattad detalj är dom tre olika poolområdena på hotellet så att det finns någon pool som passar både vuxna, unga så som barn. Hit vill jag verkligen åka tillbaka!

Having our concern to continuously trying to improve our facilities and the surroundings to make your stays exceptional, creating memories to last for many years and to ensure this vision and objective, a Team of professionals and expertise on the hotel industry were pulled together to accomplish the first part of the renovation project which is effective in operation as from April 17th 2019 .This project includes 60% with brand new tiled floors, new furniture i.e. beds, mattresses, sofas, cupboards, safes, TVs, in-room and bathroom accessories, cupboards as well as the public places such as Lobby and Reception Area, the surroundings and the Gardens. And there is a lot more to come this winter to complete this major investment.
I am also happy that you enjoyed tasting dishes from the Greek gastronomy and items from our Breakfast Buffet hoping you had specialties from the “Greek Breakfast Corner" certified by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels including hearty cooked pure, traditional local dishes made with locally grown products such as cheese, honey, nuts and vegetables.
