Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback regarding your stay at our hotel.
We are happy to hear that, overall, you had a good stay with us and that you enjoyed the location, the level of service provided, as well as the comfort of our beds. However, given that we always strive to provide our guests with an exceptional experience, it is disappointing for us to read that we did not quite achieve this during your stay and would like to apologize if not everything was up to expectations.
Regarding the sunbeds around the pool - as you mentioned, we do have a policy of “no reservations”, and communicate to everyone that any towels left on loungers for more than one hour will be removed and kept at reception. We do our best to enforce this policy, but would like to sincerely apologize if it wasn’t always adhered to during your stay and for any frustration it may have caused.
As for your comments regarding the amenities in the room, your feedback will be shared with the rest of our team for thoughtful consideration, so thank you again for raising this with us.
