Wetaskiwin, Kanada: Home Sweet Home. This amazing building is both our largest, and most needy, artifact as well as our home. It was originally built in 1903 by John West and called the Star Store. West’s nephews Hugh and Frank Montgomery eventually took over the family business and it was the home of Montgomery’s Department Store. With help from the Montgomery’s and our amazing community we were able to purchase the building in 2004, just shy of its 101st birthday!
