Riktigt dåligt hotel!! Nätet funka första dagen sen funka inte det något mer. Det var dock super snabbt när det funka. Rummet är under all kritik. Sängarna har dom lappat ihop på bästa sätt. Dom är stenhårda och då menar jag inte hård madrass. Det fanns knappt någon madrass.

Dear Guest We thank you for your time sending you opinion and feedback regarding your stay. Please note that the housekeeping and maintenance team check the room very well before having new arrivals in the room.Rooms are cleaned properly and later are monitored to see if everything has been done well. We do have fridges, which guests can request, free of charge, for one in their room by means of informing our front office. The catering agents, who service several hotels are governed and certainly adhere to all health is undertaken , all are available for perusal if requested. We find it strange to hear that guests said that it is like a slum area.We can say with great confidence that we are located in a lucky spot were one could find a well popular cinema "Empire", loads of shops, various different cuisine restaurants, pubs, ATM machines, public transport which is a stone away from us and loads of more making it so practical for anyone. Dear Guest We are sorry that the food was not to your liking.We shall inform our catering agent regarding your complaint regarding unpleasant food. Cleaning is done daily and we hold records which show that the work done from our cleaners.Toilet paper is always placed in the bathrooms but if guest need more there is always supply from reception. We never heard anything regarding theft of a Swedish family and please do not built up stories which are false information and bad publicity regarding our hotel. Incheckningen gjordes av en ung tonårskille. 50€ för att få rummet. Trots att resan var betald. 50 cent per person och natt för något vi inte fick reda på. Men googlade sedan att det var nån "eco-avgift". När vi tillslut fick rummet var det faktiskt helt ok. Rent och fint.

Dear Guest. We are sorry that your stay was satisfactory. We thank you for your feedback and we shall action accordingly. Kindly note that our hotel just like other hotels here in Malta and worldwide has its policies and regulations such as the €50 deposit towards room damages which is refundable on the check out. The 50 cents per day is collected for government tax (eco tax). Extremely strange to hear the eggs are green in colour. The restaurant use fresh eggs and proudly enough never had any comments from 1,300 guests who are consuming food from our restaurant in our hotel.Our catering agents provide a varied and daily menu to satisfy multiple nationalities. We are sure you may understand that it is not always possible to adhere to all individual tastes.The restaurant offers a minimum of 2 meats and fish options,vegetables,2 or more hot pasta dishes,2 or 3 pizza options and a vast selection of salads, pasta salads etc.soups and desserts. Whilst management cannot predict the behavior of guests we can act accordingly to act accordingly to any disturbance during their stay .Unruly behavior is not condoned within the hotel and has in the past resulted in the removal of guilty parties.We apologize for any inconvenience that these guests might have caused. We are sure the balcony door does open and close properly.We have our cleaners who attend daily to clean the room including the balcony, therefore strange that guests were unable to open the balcony door. There is parking available but very limited.......please remember many of the streets are one way and very narrow! On my last trip even a local couldn`t find our hotel.....don`t want to scare you but only please have a sat nav thingy......

W jakich godzinach podawane są posiłki w ofercie z HB?
My mieliśmy all inclusive ale posiłki były o tej samej godzinie i jak dobrze pamiętam śniadanie 7:30 10:00 obiad 12:30 14:30 kolacja 18:00 20:00 ale jak napiszesz do hotelu to na 100% Ci odpiszą bo mega sympatyczni ludzie :)
