Dear Nomad63410, It is always disappointing to read comments from a guest who had an unpleasant experience at the hotel as all guest commentaries are seriously taken and all respective departments are informed respectively in order to make the changes deemed necessary to maintain our hospitality standards. Referring to your remarks, please allow me to explain to you, as part of policy in our network, while guest made an online payment, to minimize the fraud transaction and protect the card holder, guest should bring the same credit card that they use for online payment to be shown upon arrival. If the guest could not show it or bring it, we will process the refund for the first payment and require guest to put the payment with their card that brought to Bali. The refund process has been processed since the day you made the new payment and we already process to our local bank for urgent action from them. Our Front Office Manager has been replied your email and please do not hesitate to contact him if you need further assistance with your refund. I hope my explanations will help you to understand more about what you experienced and will change your opinion on Mercure Bali Legian. Nevertheless, I hope you had a safe journey back home. Jag hittade hotellet att vara bra. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam. Rummen var rena. Frukost var fantastisk. Platsen är mycket central till Legian och Kuta. Nivå 4 poolen har en bra atmosfär. För familjer med små är bottenvåningen pool perfekt.
Grundligt haft min vistelse där.

Is carrefour or similar supermarket close to this hotel please. Also is there a nearby apotek.?
The carrefour supermarket is a reasonably short taxi ride away. The fare is usually 16000 to 20000 rupiah...thats one dollar fifty to two aussie dollars...or one dollar to approx one dollar forty in US dollars. Peanuts really just small change. To return to hotel blue bird taxi rank underneath carrefour. Always cabs there take you back to hotel for similar fare. Always use blue bird taxis...cheap and friendly. Under no circumstances use bali taxi....they are rude and expensive...will insist on minimum 30000 rupia just to get in cab, tell hard luck stories to get you to pay them more. They are worse after dark when it is harder to tell blue bird from bali cabs. They are sneaky and now some bali taxis have sign in same position as blue bird on dash reading ...blue biro taxi (pronounced beero)...a ploy to confuse you into thinking they are bird. Worked on me once. Blue birds all light blue bali taxis darker colours. Hope this helps. Enjoy your hols.

Does hotel require deposit... how much for 3 nights...? How far is hotel from airport...how long is the journey..( night arrival 22:40) ..??
The hotel required a credit card or I think $150 bond. It was about 20mins by car.

Hi there, wondering is there a room that accomadates 3 children between the age of 11_16 thanks
They do have family rooms. I haven’t been in them however my friend with three teen children booked two rooms that connected. She just paid the two room price.

Hi my daughter and I got in late and checked in without any trouble. Staff were excellent. Website is mecure legian bali.
