Nothing to complain about, we only had breakfast at our hotel, but it was very nice, plenty to choose from. The cleaners work very hard, made our room smell nice when we returned. It was my Birthday and got a surprise bottle of sparkling wine in ice with some cake delivered to our room, very kind gesture from hotel. 10 or 15 minutes walk to the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants which ever way you go on the front. Will return again.

Pros: - Good food (a lot of fish and seafood though) They also did themed nights like BBQ and international. - Can Always get a sunbed - Clean facilities and room - Friendly staff - Good drinks in all inclusive, good cocktails- mojito was the best - Lifeguard will move towels on sunbeds if they’re not in use so others can use them - Evening entertainment was good. Usually a singer from 8pm-10pm -Roof top was nice too with sunbeds on and a jacuzzi - opposite Siam park, we walked here in about 7mins - beach was about a 5min walk
Cons: - Repetitive and ‘elevator’ music playing - we had a security man just walk into our room at 21:30 without even knocking and this was so scary! I did tell reception but they didn’t really do anything about it. - not really hotels fault but room above us were so noisy we couldn’t really sleep. We did complain and they sent a security guard up to their room. - signs on food weren’t very clear- staff would answer questions about what the food was for me
Other: - Room had microwave, induction hob, pots, pans, glasses and loads of utensils etc so you could easily cook - Room had nice shampoo and conditioner as well as towels to use for the pool - most rooms had a good view on balcony of the pool and could see the sea.

Before coming to this hotel we read a lot of mixed reviews. I can wholeheartedly disagree with every negative thing I read about this hotel. The hotel staff are the kindest staff ever they can’t do enough for you. It’s spotless clean and the food is amazing. 5/5 stars we will be back x

Came here with my partner in August 2024. I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews however we loved it. The hotel was clean, the atmosphere was brilliant and the staff were lovely.
I’ve seen reviews of people moaning about the sun beds, however we had no problem. I like the 30 minute rule where if you aren’t on your sun bed your towels will be removed, it allows people who actually want a pool day to have a sun bed.
The hotel was a quick walk away from the beach. I highly recommend going out and exploring just because of the beautiful location. There is so many things to do - we went to Siam park, went on a buggy tour and explored the local town. The taxis into the other parts of the island were very reasonably priced so 100% recommend going out and exploring.
Many reviews complain about the building work noise, however it is a built up area so what do they expect. Around the pool there was music so wasn’t an issue.
In regards to the pool there are rules to say no jumping which is to expected in an adults only hotel. You can easily jump into the pool and the life guard would have no issue. However the issues came about when people would jump in, get out and then jump back in.
It is a no smoking hotel however many people were vaping and the staff had no issues with that. There is also a smoking area just outside of reception for the people who smoke cigarettes.
Nights that we stayed in, the evening entertainment was brilliant. Started at 20:00 and ended at 22:00. It has a great atmosphere and everyone was enjoying it. For all inclusive, drinks stopped at 23:00 which is reasonable.
I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want a relaxing break you can easily come here as you’ve got the pool and a beach a stones throw away. If you want a bit more of a lively holiday, the town is minutes away so it’s ideal. If you want an adventure holiday there is so many things to do - Siam park, boat trips, buggy tours, snorkelling and so many more things.

This is my second time here and I'm finding it great. Staff are nice and food if great even if I'm a fussy eater there's plenty of choice.
Enjoy lying on the sunbeds especially up at the roof where it's quiet but would only wish they had a bar or something to get drinks instead of going all the way down to the ground floor
Rooms are tidy and cleaned every day and I sleep soundly at night and enjoy sitting at the balcony at night
Singers and djs are good in the evenings to listen to with drinks from the bar
