Very clean hotel. Cleaners are very good and friendly, room cleaned daily. Waiters and reception staff were very friendly not so much the chefs(ones behind the food area cooking, prepping ) Food was disappointing we ate out most of the time. There is a different theme of food every night but just wasn’t our cup of tea very basic and tasteless to be honest. Drinks were great and a good selection of cocktails. Entertainment every night which was great if you weren’t planning on leaving hotel during the evenings

Just back from a week at the Coral Ocean View. The hotel was so clean, the cleaning staff do an amazing job at keeping the rooms immaculate and also the pool and lobby area. The reception and restaurant staff were also lovely and very helpful.
The hotel is a perfect location, right in between Costa Adjeje and Las Americas. We walked down to Las Americas most nights, which was only around a 20 min walk. Siam park is also a 15 min walk from the hotel! Which is perfect for getting to the park early for it opening.
The poolside is smaller than other hotels but understandable for an adults only. If you like being next to the pool get breakfast early and claim a bed around 9ish. You can’t leave your towels at all to claim beds before 10 o’clock but after that
you can leave them for up to half an hour. On the days we didn’t get up early enough to get a sun bed at the pool we went to top sundeck, this is also nice but there is the downside of not having the pool when it gets too hot.
The all inclusive food was the only slight let down. Whilst the food itself usually tasted good it felt very random. Most foods could not be paired together. We had to go out a few times for our dinner as we felt we weren’t getting a solid meal. The food was also poorly labeled. A lot of the labels were incorrect or just not there at all. One night I got vegetable gyozas and loved them but when I went up a second time to get more they were meat filled (still unsure what the meat was) but the label still said vegetable. I am not vegetarian and don’t have any allergies so I wasn’t that fussed but for someone with certain requirements this could definitely be an issue.
There was a really good selection of drinks. The self service drinks is a great idea! d it actually made it quicker to get drink as you don’t need to rely on staff behind the bar. There was also a long list of cocktails which was included in the all inclusive which was great! And the staff were really quick to make them.
Overall this is a lovely hotel and I would definitely recommend if your wanting a relaxed week away in the sun :)

Just got back from a week staying here and honestly not a bad word to say about it. I was a bit worried after reading a few reviews about the staff towards young people and the lifeguard being strict but we had no issues at all. The cleaners were amazing and added such nice little touches like putting all our toiletries in trays etc. We only had breakfast at the hotel but there was plenty to choose from. Location was amazing, 10 minute walk from Siam park and we used the scooters most days to get to Las Americas strip which only took 10 minutes. Overall such a lovely hotel and would definitely go back.

Nothing to complain about, we only had breakfast at our hotel, but it was very nice, plenty to choose from. The cleaners work very hard, made our room smell nice when we returned. It was my Birthday and got a surprise bottle of sparkling wine in ice with some cake delivered to our room, very kind gesture from hotel. 10 or 15 minutes walk to the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants which ever way you go on the front. Will return again.

- Good food (a lot of fish and seafood though) They also did themed nights like BBQ and international.
- Can Always get a sunbed
- Clean facilities and room
- Friendly staff
- Good drinks in all inclusive, good cocktails- mojito was the best
- Lifeguard will move towels on sunbeds if they’re not in use so others can use them
- Evening entertainment was good. Usually a singer from 8pm-10pm
-Roof top was nice too with sunbeds on and a jacuzzi
- opposite Siam park, we walked here in about 7mins
- beach was about a 5min walk
Cons:
- Repetitive and ‘elevator’ music playing
- we had a security man just walk into our room at 21:30 without even knocking and this was so scary! I did tell reception but they didn’t really do anything about it.
- not really hotels fault but room above us were so noisy we couldn’t really sleep. We did complain and they sent a security guard up to their room.
- signs on food weren’t very clear- staff would answer questions about what the food was for me
Other:
- Room had microwave, induction hob, pots, pans, glasses and loads of utensils etc so you could easily cook
- Room had nice shampoo and conditioner as well as towels to use for the pool
- most rooms had a good view on balcony of the pool and could see the sea.
