Tayla S. - Don't you find it quite unprofessional that the general manager would offer a credit because the service was terrible and then not follow through with this? I am totally shocked at how the casino allows the restaurant to operate like this. I and the other 7 guests in my party won't be returning to the casino or restaurant ever again. We would rather give our hard earned money to establishments that appreciate our business.
Why should I travel 2 hours to visit a casino that has more negative reviews than positive? This place sounds aweful. I can drive 15 minutes to Rivers that's been open over a year and still has terrible dealers and service.
I think they need a lot of work, they need to scout people that are familiar with casino work and seasoned bartenders, it would be well worth it for them to spend the extra money especially since the hotel is so expensive.
