This place as absolutely terrible. Not at all where it said it was geographically, rather at least 30 minutes outside the city on terrible, washed-out roads. Once our Uber driver FINALLY got us there, he was nervous to leave us there and offered to take us back into town. Magazine or (calendar?) pictures of 2 nearly naked women greet you at the entrance. When I was let into my room there was no bedding, and a threadbare towel fell on the filthy floor as we walked in and the guy picked it up and was going to just hang it back up when I asked for a new one (I ended up wandering around to try to ask someone to bring me bedding, I found no one, so I grabbed another threadbare but possibly clean towel and duvet cover which was what I slept in for bedding on the rock hard mattress. I was shown 2 different rooms, neither had windows that locked or even properly shut, and the locks on the doors weren't terribly secure either. When I asked about the windows he said someone might try to fix it tomorrow, they took no concern of my discomfort. No curtains in the bathroom (or shower curtain), a used bar of soap, and the shower has a huge window in front of it that overlooked a street full of dudes in their twenties. No breakfast. They tried to charge for airconditioning. I had to wear earplugs from noise from neighboring rooms, which appeared to be inhabited by the people who worked there. Moldy, non-working refrigerators in the rooms. No breakfast. Nothing was as advertised. A dude in boxer shorts and nothing else greeted me in the morning. The hotel tried to say that we hadn't checked in or paid the bill to booking.com (which we did, and we had receipts). We had asked to have a car come to collect us at 7 am, I reminded them at 6:45, the car did not arrive until 7:30. I would camp outside before I would stay in this disaster again.…
It was on the December 7 when I visited open space hotel and the rooms are very affordable and conducive for stay. Prices ranges from as low as 50 Gh for a night and 80 Gh for air-conditioning rooms. Kind of regards
