We feel sorry for inconvenienced that you faced--disappointing with old and not properly working facility. It should have been fixed properly or replaced in advance to welcome guests. En gång (5 Y sen) en super modern överfulla hotell. Återvände nu med en gruppresa. Behövs väldigt uppmärksammade renoveringar för att bättra och passa dessa dagar standarts. Frukost OK. Rum gammaldags. Bra läge. Taxi till stad 22000 KWON. I närheten finns många restauranger.

Dear Mr. Fernando Rys , Warm greetings from the Novotel Ambassador Busan. Thank you for contacting us regarding your recent stay at the Novotel Ambassador Busan. We take our guest complaints very seriously and appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we can do to better serve yourself and our guests in the future. We will use this opportunity evaluate and make necessary changes to our hotel procedures and policies in handling customer complaints and will use the experience you have shared to better train our staff and improve guest services. Please accept our sincerest apology for the problems that you experienced during your stay. First of all, we understand that we were at full occupancy when you checked in and we were able to upgrade you to the Executive level in an attempt to rectify the error. However, we also understand that our staff was unprofessional in their handling of this matter and provided less than acceptable guest service. Secondly, we truly understand your dissatisfaction with our restaurant operation hours. Sadly, we no longer have a dinner service due to a management labor cost cutting decision. The decision was made in an effort to more effectively manage the hotel property. We understand that this creates a substantial inconvenience to our guests but, as a large-scale renovation is scheduled for next year, we have no adequate solution and can only thank you for bringing your unsatisfactory experiences to our attention so that we may address them once the renovation is complete. With regards to the toiletry kits, we no longer provide portable kits or plastic razors in the room, in an attempt to lessen plastic waste and do our part for environmental conservation. We understand that this was a problem, but as it is hotel policy we are unable provide a viable solution in this matter. It is also our understanding that our staff was not well-informed about how the hotel air-conditioning system functions and therefore were unable to explain how to use it. We have installed an air-conditioning system in the rooms on the 15th and 16th floors that the guest can control on their own. In the future, we will ensure that our staff are updated on system changes and fully understand how they work and have the ability to explain the functions in detail to our guests. Lastly, we will prepare more finger food and other beverages on the Executive floor. Again, we sincerely apologize for your less than satisfactory stay with us. I hope that we have addressed all of your concerns and that we can implement changes to better serve you again in the future Should you have any further questions or require further assistance, please feel free to contact me any time. I'm not sure how much baggage you have, but if you reserve a van taxi in advance you might be able to take just one. If you take regular taxis, you'd need two for sure, but with 4 in one (three in the back and one up front with the driver), and three plus the baby in the other, you should be okay. I have always found the staff at this hotel pretty helpful as far as arranging transportation when I've been there. I'm sure that they will be able to find you an appropriate transport to the airport.

At this Novotel they don't have breakfast in the lounge, so it shouldn't be a problem. All the executive guests are sent to the lobby restaurant for breakfast. The dining room is large and I've rarely had to wait for a seat there. Also, I really strongly suggest getting an executive room at this hotel as they are remodeled and gorgeous. The other rooms are rather drab and have very old decor.
