    Hotellet ligger centralt men ändå ostört i centrala delar av Paris. Receptionen och då menar jag alla som arbetar där är fantastiskt trevliga och ger ett personligt uttryck. Minus är rummets och toalettens storlek som var minimalistiskt. Frukosten och priset var också en svag…

    Dear Mme B, It was a pleasure to host you and your husband in our home for a few of days and we want to thank you for taking the time to share your impressions. First of all, we are very happy that you enjoyed our amazing location and very personalized service. These truly are our greatest strength as we are extremely lucky to be in the best neighborhood in Paris. We are in the center of the city, in a very historical part where every building has a story to tell. We are close to all the main monuments and places of interest while still being off the beaten path and in a truly residential area. It is the best to enjoy a touristy visit while soaking in the true Parisian Lifestyle :-) We are also very proud of our city and home. It is for us an honor to be able to share it with our guests and we really want to ensure they have the best Parisian experience while staying with us. As you had booked a very last minute stay in our home, we only had one room type available. You stayed in one of our Deluxe room, which is above average for Parisian standards and has all the amenities necessary for a lovely stay. As mentioned before, we are in a historical neighborhood where space is extremely valuable and justifies our rates. We have done our best to optimise the space without compromising on comfort. We understand that some people prefer to have a larger room to relax in the evening and should we have known you wanted a larger room, we would have been so happy to at least show you a Prestige room (largest room with a sitting area, a large bathroom with tub and walk-in shower, a courtesy tray...etc). Unfortunately, we were fully booked but we hope you will reconsider us for your next visit and maybe we will have the opportunity to show it to you then :-) In the meantime, we wish you a lovely day and hope you had a nice easter weekend!     Do all the rooms have towel warmers, or just the Prestige Rooms? And is it possible to have breakfast delivered to the room?

    Hello. I am trying to book a stay in your wonderful hotel. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and three kids), visiting Paris from July 20 till 26 (6 nights) check out on the 27th. I couldn’t do it on your website. Thank you for your help.

    Do they offer a full breakfast? It there a package price that includes breakfast?
    Hello, First many thanks for the participation of our guests! Then, our breakfast is optional (14 euros), appart if you get a rate including your breakfast, that we offer during certain seasons. We serve every morning a "continental plus" breakfast, with fresh, local and organic products, it is true that we mainly focus on the quality of the products rather than the quantity. We offer fresh croissants and baguettes delivered every morning by our local baker, yogurts from the farm, fruits from the local organic shop next door, juices freshly squeezed, cheese, fromage blanc, ham, cereals, organic muesli, artisanal cakes, hot drinks... Our breakfast room is indeed in the basement, with colorful and a dining room atmosphere, for a well start of the day! We hope we were precise enough and that we will have the pleasure to see you for breakfast in the morning :-) Our kindest regards, All the Team !

    I need microwaves to sterilize baby bottles. Do you have this device in the room?

    Hi Im a light sleeper planning to visit Paris for first time in July. Can you tell me how quiet are the rooms in this hotel? Or which rooms to request? How effective is the air conditioning? How low does the thermostat go? Does it cycle on and off? It’s better for me if it doesn’t cycle on and off. Is it a window unit? Any details, suggestions and comments are appreciated. Thanks
    We visited Paris un very early December-no issues with being too hot, etc. (and overheating is usually is a problem, we’ve found - especially in Scotland snd UK). It was not a window unit. Also, as stated in review, the staff is amazing... very helpful and super sweet.
