Resort är väldigt nytt och väldigt stort. Grunder välskötta. Rummen har dock en konstig smaklös lukt. Butlerservice är inte värt extra pengar. Knappt se dem eller få ahold av när det behövs. Simma ut sviterna är stora. Pooler på plats alla nära klockan 6 som jag tycker är hemskt.

Comments like yours are our best reward. Punta Cana is experiencing higher than normal amounts of seaweed along our breathtaking shoreline. During spikes like the ones we are having now, ocean currents naturally bring this seaweed to our shores, were our cleaning staff works diligently form the early morning hours each day to remove what washes up and keep our beautiful beaches clean for guests to enjoy. Our staff is working as quickly as possible to remove this extra seaweed as the ocean delivers it to us, how quickly the seaweed returns throughout the day is unfortunately up to Mother Nature. It is important to mention that this situation it is under control. Orten öppnades när vi åkte. Det tog oss en hel dag att checka in. Vi hade tre olika rum som vi var tvungna att flytta från på grund av att de inte görs. Det var trio efter resan ner till lobbyn för att få saker fixade. Otrolig. Ingenting gjordes för att be om ursäkt för vår tids

Could anyone tell me if this Hotel offers free room service?. We stayed at a Royalton in Jamaica which had this also the beach service was such a plus ..
Is all food included?
yes it's all included + all bar 1 (Zen - Japanese) are walk ins. Only exception you have to make is the Steak house is really busy, so go early

Yes you can if there is availability. Price depends on week, length of stay, and room. You can check what it would be on many travel sites such as bookit

Yes you can,but from what I saw it's hardly worth doing,when we travelled there in November, you didn't have to make reservations for restaurants as it was quiet,and it's quiet expensive I believe,for what you get. Hope this helps.

Are the NON-Diamond club ocean view suites a true ocean view or partial?
I was a non diamond club and had a lovely ocean/pool view. I was in building 13 and could see the ocean no problem at all but like the previous answer the hotel is vertical to the ocean so not a true ocean view but still beautiful and you can see the ocean pretty clear too.
