It’s an Aqua Park where we frequent family day rides every year. A park where kids can relax and have fun all day if parents want to relax.There is safety everywhere.They carefully fulfill their responsibilities.And both hygiene, reliability and courtesy. The restrooms are spotlessly clean and the restaurant food is hearty. The employees are friendly. Better than that, wellness.We come every year and the quality of service is not to be discouraged. Next year, we’ll enjoy it again

greetings all of us have a good vacation visit Tortuga water park is not the biggest love park in this area maybe but for me it's the funest part I remember because it can appeal to people of all ages there is a pool for little ones there is a little for older kids there is a little for older kids there is a little for younger kids there is an aquapark for vacation there are very overpriced prices there are no vacation time there are no sun lounges there are a lot of lounges there are not many swimming pools there are not enough umbrellas there are not enough dressing cabins and showers there are no shadows there are no slides there is not enough fun there is no fun there is no fun there is no fun there is no fun there is no fun there is no fun there is no shutters there is no shutters

nice park but what I have seen and talked to people there were only two people cleaning what used to be at least 8 people we all got sick and it smelled like sewer I don't advise anyone to go

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyor daha kaliteli su parkları mevcut Kuşadası'nda çünkü bir dünya yemek parası veriyorsunuz ve önünüze berbat bir yemek geliyor köpeğe atsan yemez kalite yerlerde. Ayrıca havuzların hijyeni tartışılır insanlar dışarıda giydikleri terlikler ile havuzun içine kadar gidebiliyor. Hammurge menüye 360 TL verip karşılığında berbat bir Hamburger yemek bir yana bütün gün ağzına berbat bir tat geliyor. Evet çocuk eğleniyor ama çocuk işte ne hijyen bilir ne kalite nede maddiyat.

Have visited this park numerous times over the past few year since having a child.
The water park has plenty of slides and water fun for the kids to enjoy. There are plenty of sun loungers with ample sunshades and umbrellas to keep you out of the sun as midday sun can be quite intensive.
Plus, as already stated in previous reviews, there are plenty of lifeguards to keep watch.
In previous years, the entry price has been quite reasonable (500 lira pp.) and the food prices have been quite budget friendly, especially as you are not allowed to bring your own food in to the park.
However, this year the prices have become silly. An adult entry is 850 lira (approx £20), a child over 3 years old is 700 lira (£17). So for both parents and a payable child you are looking at approx £60 just to enter the park. If you were going to use all the slides as an adult, then maybe the price is justified, but if you are watching your child playing in the kids splash zone, then I feel the value of the entry is not met. Maybe offer bands on entry that allow you access to the slides if wanted, and different coloured bands that restrict access to adult slides.
If the park was kept updated, then sure. But I have noticed a decline in the upkeep of the park over the years. This year all the non slip mats around the child pool had been removed, leading to us watching a 3 or 4 year old child slipping over and hurting herself. Also, the water fountain zumba dance session didn't seem to happen this year. I also noticed that one of the pool steps had been removed from the deeper pool area, along with plenty of missing tiles at the bottom of the pool. So it's starting to look shabby.
However all this pales compared to the hike in food prices (remember you are a captive audience), I am aware Turkey is suffering from inflation at present, but to see prices rise by 100% since Sept '23 is just profiteering. We paid 80 lira for child nuggets and chips last Sept, 160 this year. 160 lira for a cheeseburger last year, 320 lira this year. Even a 1 litre bottle of water was 50 lira (you can buy a 5 litre bottle of Saka water (one of Turkeys best bottled water for sure) for 35 lira in the local shop. So an additional 850 lira for food served up on paper plates, if just 3 of you. For context, a Burger King Whopper menu is approx 220 lira.
Tortuga had been a budget friendly water park experience ideal for younger children (compared to larger parks like Aqua Fantasy or Ada Land), and I'm sure your kids will enjoy the amenities. However, as an adult, it now just feels like a way to exploit and fleece foreign tourists who attend on a day pass

Kid loved this place. Non stop experience at water slide. Clean and tidy. Many life guards. Would be an ideal place where kids enjoys and parents are having sun betting.

The hotel is very nice, me and my family had a great time, the food is great, the hotel is at the bottom of the sea, I would like to thank Mustafa Shef, FurkanCan, Berna and all the other lifesavers. We had a great time, God willing, we will come again.

Beautiful water park. Very well maintained. Very friendly staff. The water park was only a 17 minute walk from our hotel (Ephesia Resort). Entrance fee reasonable (750 lira pp). You can simply pay there via your Apple iPhone or Apple Watch. You only have to pay a deposit for the pass you receive. It is therefore useful to take some cash with you. also for the locker. Unfortunately, we had no cash with us, but we were able to provide an ID card and sign a form for a locker key. So it's nice that the staff thought along and helped, but you obviously prefer not to hand over your ID card. The park also offers delicious food (fries, hamburgers, etc.) for an affordable price. Slides are super cool and life guards also ensure that everything runs very safely. it was really great!

While staying at the Atlantique hotel, we benefited from the pass to access the water park every day. Really good and for all ages.
Numerous staff who ensure the safety of everyone.
Be careful, many slides are prohibited below 1.20m, even accompanied. My son was very disappointed not to do them despite being 5 years old, and even though I was going down with him. The supervisors are intransigent.
The raw descent of the tube slide is truly impressive. I did it once, glad I did, but I won't do it again.
The buoy river opens at 2 p.m., not possible in the morning.
Although I was afraid otherwise, the water was not that cold and we were still able to swim in the water without worry.
All-inclusive bar included, but only serves basic soft drinks or beer. For meals, only hamburger and fries, but that's already good. Otherwise, you can easily get out of the park, eat at the Atlantic and come back.

We went with my two kids and my parents. İt's clean enough and big enough for a family.
Very safe for kids, and enjoyable for both the parents and the kids.
The food was also ok. Not a perfect option, but good .

Me, my partner & 4 children went in the middle of august 2018. It was about 300tl for all of us (less then £50). You pay extra 30tl deposit for a locker and also can place money onto a prepayment card for food & drinks. All in all it ended up costing around £100 including food & drinks and a taxi. Compared to the other waterparks close we saved aprox £150 it is well worth getting a short taxi ride. Less then £10 from centre of kusadasi.
