It's obviously completely unacceptable that your bike was in poor condition, and if you send us the receipt for your repairs we will gladly refund you that money. It is worth noting that this year, Bike Sweden has an entirely new team of bike mechanics, a new bike repair workshop, and almost 100% of our bike inventory were purchased within the last 12 months. Unfortunately some of our stock last year were at the end of their rental lives, and so we were very happy to invest in superior products this season.
