And we saw that you have seen the info by sms as well. On friday the 21: you got the bustickets and sms tickets for the bus, and info one more time about the time and place where the bus departure. You didnt show up on saturday and we tried to email and sms you, but no answear.
We will talk to viator and ask if you can get some refound anyway.
