Hi. We do not usually have good snow in October to offer sled rides with the dogs but our accommodation at the kennel is available to book for overnight guests where you can also enjoy our on-site sauna and as much play as you like with the dogs. Please note, our accommodation is booked on a private/exclusive basis so you do not share with other guests. We can also offer you to follow on one of our training sessions with the dogs, by ATV, so you can see how we prepare the dogs for winter tours. The ICEHOTEL 365 is also open in October so you can always visit that and there are other activities to enjoy such as a sami culture visit, moose safari and horse riding. :-)

Hi LN913. The advice on the minimum age is a general rule but it is usually possible to take toddlers who are able to sit up by themselves. We provide a sleeping bag for extra warmth and you can sit behind the child with your arms around them for extra stability. However, we do ask that anyone with very young children contact us prior to booking so that we can advise customers individually according to the time of year, snow conditions and/or temperature as well as make a note on the booking for our guides to be prepared.
