This organisation appears to have given a number of well-reviewed outdoor tours and activities in 2018 but nothing since then. I am not sure what has happened in the intervening period, but we had the misfortune of using them for an airport transfer in September 2024. Big mistake - they took a €770 pre-payment from our group, refused to take us for our return journey based on ludicrous allegations about damage to the bus on our initial trip, and then sent a torrent of abusive and threatening messages. Finding a last minute transfer cost us an additional €500 and we were told “that’s your problem.” When we attempted to get a refund for services not provided the company decided to go on the attack and made up ridiculous counter claims about us owing them money along with insults and abuse! I have never encountered such an unprofessional, fraudulent organisation. Please do not book with this company.

I am thrilled natural beauty of Montenegro.Montenegro is small country but Montenegro is beautiful.There is a lot of beautiful place like river Tara,Black lake,Adriatic sea, and esle beautiful place.Rafting on river Tara,zip line,paragliding,and more activity every day.It was amazing 7 days.every day diferent activity.Thanks a lot of Montenegro adventure for this amazing experience.See you next year.

Picket the company because they were one of the expensive ones with the tour I wanted to take. Thought this would result in the best service - it`s holiday after all. The communication was a desaster, I felt left alone. Writing with them: sometimes no answer at all, other times controversal statements like denying parts of the contract. I never thought any company would treat a customer like that. A vide DVD was promised before I booked the tour in written form, didn`t get that until this day!! After months(!) of email communication asking for the dvd all I got were three videos of 7MB filesize, unwatchable and not showing anything relevant (and the guide did film relevant scenes, they were just not handed out to us).
The company blamed everything on the guide, told me I should write him - doing their job I payed a lot money for. In the next mail they told me I am NOT allowed to write him directly. So I am really left alone here!
The still missing dvd is sad but the worst thing for me was the kind of communication.

Thank you Montenegro Adventure for making our trip unforgettable and a memorable one, very efficient team, down to earth, helpful, cheerful and maintaining positive attitude all through our trip, we booked white water rafting at River Tara, full day activity, it was one of the most beautiful trips, the organization of the event, the food and atmosphere was just lovely, they surprised us with home made cooking bbq in the park, we drove in four wheel drive, feels like a safari in jungle, they took us to Zipper liner- out of this world. Book with Montenegro Tours without hesitation, Special thanks to Ana and Rene ... they were amazing!! Definitely we will come back and recommend the agency to our friends!
