Due to a mix up u did not have a valid ticket, and security refused entry despite efforts by the guide. Guide gave me her ticket - so no guided tour, rushed visit and unpleasant experience. I have requested full refund but no response yet.

Thank you for the time you've dedicated to this review.
We apology for the unpleasant issue; unfortunately the dome of the cathedral is one of the most difficoult to manage attraction and rarely occasional problems may occur.
Anyway we're glad at least you were able to visit it and so enjoy the masterpiece of the dome and its amazing panorama.
We've made a partial refund which you'd see on your bank account very soon.
Again we do apology but i hope you've apreciated the great effort of our guide to try to solve the issue and so i hope you'll give another chance to us by choosing us for another amazing experience in Florence.

After my airline cancelled my flight, I was not able to attend the experience. I missed the rescheduling window by 6 minutes and they were unwilling to reschedule my ticket. A matter of minutes and they could accommodate this request even though it had extenuating circumstances outside of anyone's control. Wouldn't recommend them based on their customer service.

However, it is essential to highlight that we are obliged to adhere to the strict policies and regulations of various museums and service providers with whom we collaborate. These policies may involve reservation cancellations and reorganization and often lie beyond our control.
In your specific case, we understand your disappointment in missing the reorganization window by just 6 minutes, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Understanding our customers needs is of utmost importance to us, and we will do our best to consider your feedback and seek better solutions for similar situations in the future. Nevertheless, we must always bear in mind that the nature of these establishments and the substantial influx of visitors they receive can lead to an extreme rigidity that we, once again, must conform to.

You climb over 400 steps with a couple stops to see things on the way. Our guide was a little flustered. She had some good facts but did not present them in a clear talk. Interesting but hard to follow sometimes as she was pointing to things and some of us could not really see where she was pointing. (There were 16 of us in the group) Very beautiful to see the view from the top! Worth it in the long run.

You start the climb immediately. There are some spots where you can catch your breath. I'm tall, but was able stand normally most of the time. Afraid of heights? Good luck, you walk on two very small pathways inside the dome.

We met at the almond doors of the Santa Maria del Fiore and our guide gave us an in depth explanation of how it was built while we waited. our guide Natalia was fantastic. would do it again.

Very enjoyable, informative and highly recommended tour! Our guide Virginia was amazing! There was only 6 of us in a group ( 3 of us-adults and a French family with a young boy) and Virginia’s commentary kept us all engaged. She gave us historical context and detailed explanation full of facts about how the cathedral, the dome, the Baptistry and the Bell Tower were built, detailed description of frescoes that decorate the inside of the dome (they were truly spectacular, I am not an art enthusiast but Virginia’s commentary made them come alive). The view from the top of the dome were really worth climbing all those steps! The Museum ( the entry is included in the price of the ticket) is worth visiting too. If you are visiting on a sunny day, grab a cup of coffee of a glass of Aperol in one of the coffee shops on the Plazza and enjoy the beauty of the cathedral on the outside.

Wonderful experience with Vitoria our tour guide, I highly recommend this experience as the tickets get you into five locations related to the Duomo and you can go in another time in the same 72 hr period if you wait in the none skip the line, line.

How long is the tour??

I believe it’s a 2 - 2.5 hour tour, but I can’t be certain. There was a funeral in the Cathedral that day so we did not get to climb the Duomo. We visited the museum and baptistery on our tour and then climbed the bell tower in our own.

Three of us did this tour today, June 1, and were told my guide today, Olesia, it would not include a brief tour of the Duomo nor include entry into the baptistery. These were two of the areas we had wanted to see besides the climb and had paid this higher price for. What a disappointment. As well our tour guide tried hard but a lot of her English we couldn’t understand and even her facts about the Duomo were incorrect. Since the terms were not met I am requesting refunds of the $50 for each of us ($150) three people and would like your explanation of why the terms were not met.
